Chef Giuseppe Di Gaetano leads the way with his philosophy of "LUCE in full flavour." The menu is now bigger and better, featuring premium seafood like Japanese oysters and Australian spanner crab, artisanal cheeses from Italy and France, and high-quality cured meats like 18-month-aged Prosciutto di Parma. Dinner is even more exciting with four live stations (up from two), where chefs prepare dishes like Frasers House Signature Laksa, grilled satay, and the famous LUCE-misu right in front of you.
Chef Giuseppe’s signature dishes are a highlight. The Housemade Squid Ink Tagliolini, served with fresh river prawns and a rich crustacean bisque, is prepared tableside for a dramatic touch. The pasta station lets you customize your meal with options like trofie, cheese ravioli, or rigatoni, paired with sauces like carbonara or beef Bolognese. For meat lovers, the Brandy and Mustard Marinated Angus Beef Striploin is a must-try, served with bone marrow and a flavorful rosemary sauce. Seafood fans will love the Sicilian-style Whole Branzino, showcasing the elegance of coastal Italian cooking.
LUCE also embraces Singapore’s rich culture with creative dishes like Pork Lup Cheong and Gorgonzola Dolce pizza, and Penne with Chilli Crab Sauce and tiger prawns. The menu offers a mix of Western, Asian, and Indian dishes, encouraging guests to explore different cuisines.
The dessert selection is just as exciting. Classic Italian treats sit alongside modern creations and local favorites. The LUCE-misu is made fresh at its own live station, while unique desserts like Teh Tarik Panna Cotta and handcrafted sweets add a fun twist.
