SUSHIRO, Japan’s leading conveyor belt sushi chain, is launching its latest restaurant at Bukit Panjang Plaza on 30 October 2026, offering a rotating selection of 1-for-1 sushi favorites to the area. From Bluefin Fatty Tuna during the opening weekend to Jumbo Scallop and Medium Fatty Tuna in November, there’s always something new to enjoy every few days, along with beverage specials and an opening-day Sure Win Gachapon.

Following its launch, SUSHIRO will highlight its seasonal menu 'Japan Fair 2026' - featuring regional flavors from across Japan, from 4 November to 1 December 2026. Located at #02-17/17A/18/18A/19/19A, Bukit Panjang Plaza, the new restaurant is a short walk from Bukit Panjang MRT station. With 294 seats across 52 tables, the venue provides ample space for anything from a quick sushi bite to a leisurely meal with family and friends. Diners can enjoy SUSHIRO's trademark conveyor belt dining experience, offering a wide range of Japanese sushi favorites.
To mark its opening, SUSHIRO Bukit Panjang Plaza is offering diners 14 days of rotating 1-for-1 sushi specials from 30 October to 12 November 2026. Featuring six sushi favorites in rotation, diners can savor everything from rich Bluefin Fatty Tuna to succulent Big Red Shrimp and Jumbo Scallop, with a different deal every few days.
Here’s what’s on the menu:
● 30 to 31 October: Bluefin Fatty Tuna at $4.90++
● 1 to 2 November: Big Cut Salmon Belly with Ikura at $3.90++
● 3 to 5 November: Big Red Shrimp at $2.30++
● 6 to 7 November: Big Cut Fresh Salmon at $2.90++
● 8 to 9 November: Jumbo Scallop at $4.90++
● 10 to 12 November: Medium Fatty Tuna at $3.90++
Each promotional plate includes two pieces of the featured sushi at the specified price.
Diners can also enjoy selected beverages at $6.00++ each from 30 October to 12 November 2026, with three options to complement their sushi favorites:

Just days after opening, SUSHIRO’s Japan Fair 2026 kicks off from 4 November to 1 December 2026, transforming the conveyor belt into a culinary journey across Japan! Showcasing over 20 seasonal creations, it offers an enticing array of seafood delights and regional specialties from Hokkaido to Kyushu.
Diners can anticipate featured selections such as Double Aomori Salmon, Big Cut Fresh Yellowtail, and Kagoshima Broiled Bonito Tataki. From 18 November, the menu introduces a second wave of premium seasonal catches, led by Kyoto Fresh Bluefin Fatty Tuna, Kyoto Fresh Bluefin Tuna Duo, and Hokkaido Aburi Soy Scallop with Butter, making each visit an opportunity to discover something new.
