To celebrate Singapore's 60th anniversary, the acclaimed buffet restaurant, Edge, introduces “Flavours of the Lion City”, a curated display of traditional local dishes and creative reinterpretations, available from 10 July to 9 August 2025. Under the leadership of Executive Chef Andy Oh and his Culinary Team, this culinary experience stirs nostalgia and pride with featured dishes like Salt Baked Crab, Wok-fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle in Opah Leaf, Peppery Bak Kut Teh with Pig Stomach, and a live station offering Durian Kueh Pie Tee, along with Edge’s renowned and cherished Singapore Laksa.
