Feng Xiang, renowned for its Klang-style Claypot Bak Kut Teh and signature fried porridge, commemorates its 3rd anniversary by unveiling three enticing fried porridge variations and three delectable specialty dishes. With nine outlets spread across the island, this expanded menu is perfectly timed to mark the milestone achievement.

The Anniversary pitch introduces 3 new Fried Porridge dishes consisting of:-

  • Iberico Pork Fried Porridge

  • Garlic Chicken Fried Porridge

Three years ago, amid pandemic-related travel restrictions, the founders of Feng Xiang found themselves yearning for the robust flavours of their hometown. This longing inspired them to introduce their cherished culinary heritage to Singapore's vibrant dining scene. Rooted in age-old recipes passed down through generations, Feng Xiang Bak Kut Teh stands as a testament to their commitment to authenticity.

Crafted with meticulous care and a selection of 16 quality herbs and premium ingredients, each pot of Bak Kut Teh is stewed for a minimum of four hours, ensuring the preservation of its depth and richness of flavours. The fork-tender pork chunks, infused with a harmonious blend of traditional spices, evoke the comforting essence of Klang's signature Herbal Bak Kut Teh. The menu also features Dry Bak Kut Teh, a sweet and savoury dish embellished with string-thin cuttlefish strips and dried chilli, imparting a distinctive burst of flavour.

Among Klang's local favourites, Fried Porridge is another crowd pleaser at Feng Xiang Bak Kut Teh. Simmered in a family recipe broth and fried at high heat in a wok to accentuate the 'wok hei' flavour, it stands alongside other signature dishes such as Vinegar Pig’s Trotter, Braised Pig’s Trotter, Feng Xiang Specialty Pork Cutlet, and Crispy Fried Large Intestine.

Nanyang Seafood Fried Porridge

Dive into a sea of flavours where succulent seafood are deftly fused with fragrant, wok-fried porridge. Every spoonful is redolent of the vibrant culinary heritage of Nanyang. The wok-hey was omni-present throughout, and the taste was well merged with the seafood plethora of squid, prawn and clams, "toasted" to perfection.

Iberico Pork Fried Porridge

Indulge in the Japanese-inspired Iberico Pork Fried Porridge, where premium Iberico pork, with its exquisite marbling and depth of flavour, meets the comforting embrace of fried porridge. Each bite is a symphony of savoury richness, elevating the humble porridge to gourmet heights; this has to be our favourite amongst the 3, with the Iberico Pork melting straight into our tastebuds

Garlic Chicken Cutlet Fried Porridge

Savour the comforting familiarity of home-cooked goodness with the culinary team’s Garlic Chicken Fried Porridge, where tender chunks of chicken, wafting with the aroma of fried garlic, is heartwarming in every mouthful. For those who love that chicken cutlet feel, it would just go along so well with the nicely-burnt feel of porridge.

Nanyang Seafood (Spicy)

Ignite your taste buds with our new dish, Spicy Nanyang Seafood, a tantalizing medley of fiery flavours and ocean-fresh delights. From plump prawns to lala clams, each morsel is infused with the invigorating heat of spice, leaving you craving more.  It has the "kam-heong mei" (sambal taste) which is apparent in Malaysian-styled dishes, so this is truly one-of-a-kind.. taste, which is hard to replicate in Singapore..

Coffee Pork Ribs

Embark on a culinary adventure with our Coffee Pork Ribs, where tender pork ribs, marinated in roasted coffee-infused sauce, are slow-cooked to perfection. A harmonious marriage of robust coffee notes and succulent meat, guaranteed to tantalise your senses and leave you longing for another bite. Just simple excellent!

Fried Garlic Chicken Cutlet

Indulge in succulent chicken cutlets, which are coated in a crunchy garlic-infused batter and deep-fried to golden-brown perfection. From the satisfying crunch of the exterior to the juicy tenderness of the chicken within, it is an irresistible temptation for chicken fans.
