Blue Bottle Coffee and Valiram Launch Exclusive Cafe Experience at Paragon Featuring a Freshly Made Menu, with Plans to Open 10 More Cafes by 2027

Blue Bottle Coffee is thrilled to introduce their new location at the Paragon Cafe on Orchard Road. This cafe represents an exciting milestone for Blue Bottle in Singapore, as it is the brand’s inaugural cafe on Orchard Road, designed to embody the timeless elegance of Paragon and the vibrancy of the local community. The new cafe offers Blue Bottle’s popular espresso-based drinks and cold brews, as well as a variety of coffee blends and pour-over options, highlighting the brand's commitment to precision and quality.

Connection and Coffee Rituals

At the Paragon, this marks the debut of its first Southeast Asian location featuring both indoor and outdoor dining options, in continued collaboration with Valiram, the leading luxury and lifestyle retail specialist in the Asia-Pacific region. Following the success of their initial cafe at LUMINE Singapore, this new establishment demonstrates Blue Bottle's ongoing dedication to creating outstanding coffee experiences.

The interior space blends stainless steel, oak wood, and terra cotta-colored plaster to create a sense of modern elegance. Meanwhile, the outdoor area includes landscaped planters, ceiling fans, and diverse seating arrangements, showcasing Singapore’s appreciation for nature and social gatherings. Spanning 980 square feet, the café accommodates 70 seats, featuring communal tables, two-person tables, and benches for both private and shared coffee experiences.

At the Paragon cafe, Blue Bottle has launched two exclusive, freshly prepared food items: the internationally popular Liège Waffle (S$8.50), known for its crispy, caramelized exterior and soft inside, and a revitalizing Yogurt Bowl (S$12), featuring creamy yogurt, granola, and fresh strawberries. These new additions are designed to enhance the coffee experience, alongside Blue Bottle's renowned espresso drinks, cold brews, pour-overs, and NOLA (New Orleans-Style Iced Coffee).

We had a wonderful experience exploring their craft, witnessing how they connect the world through exceptional coffee and create meaningful spaces to pause, connect, and savor. We also enjoyed a special moment sampling their range of 5 freshly brewed coffees (both hot and cold), along with freshly-made Liège Waffle and Yogurt Bowl. 

Craftsmanship Meets Community

The launch of Blue Bottle’s Paragon cafe highlights the mutual values of craftsmanship, design, and community shared by Blue Bottle and Valiram. To commemorate this event, Blue Bottle has released the Embroidered Blue Bottle Tote (S$50), which is exclusively available at the Paragon location in Singapore. This tote, created in partnership with Japanese design collaborator Ball & Chain, is a durable and water-repellent accessory that embodies Ball & Chain’s commitment to sustainability and meaningful design, making it a perfect and stylish choice for Singapore’s tropical climate and daily use.

During the opening celebrations on July 17-20, 2025 and July 25-27, 2025, visitors to the cafe can personalize their Singapore Tote at no extra cost, creating a unique keepsake that reflects Blue Bottle’s ethos. Additionally, guests can customize their Singapore Tote with illustrations by Singaporean visual artist and designer Joy Ho, whose work has been recognized by the Society of Illustrators, MoCCA, the Will Eisner scholarship, and 3x3 Illustration, among others.

With the inauguration of its Paragon cafe, Blue Bottle and Valiram reinforce their commitment to thoughtful growth in Singapore and throughout Southeast Asia. Following the positive reception of Blue Bottle’s first outlet in LUMINE Singapore by locals and visitors alike, Blue Bottle and Valiram have announced plans to open at least 10 more cafes in Singapore by 2027, aiming to bring exceptional coffee experiences to more communities across the region.
