Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF) 2025

The Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF) took place from 12 to 14 November 2025, marking its 10th anniversary as a global hub for FinTech innovation. Organized by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN), and Constellar, in partnership with the Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS), SFF has been fostering collaboration and dialogue among finance, policy, and technology sectors, driving innovation and promoting an open, connected, and inclusive financial ecosystem.

With the theme Technology Blueprint for the Next Decade of Finance, SFF 2025 will highlight how emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), tokenisation, and quantum technologies are transforming global finance and creating new opportunities for sustainable growth and inclusion, particularly in emerging markets and the Global South.

Festival Highlights

SFF 2025 gathered participants globally, featuring over 800 speakers in more than 400 sessions, including keynotes, panel discussions, and fireside chats focusing on breakthrough technologies and trends expected to shape the next decade of global finance. Highlights include:

• AI’s Next Frontier: Promoting smarter, safer, and more inclusive finance through trust, shared standards, and responsible innovation.

• Tokenisation: Facilitating faster, cheaper, and more secure finance via programmable ledgers and globally coordinated frameworks.

• Settlement Assets: Exploring the potential of Central Bank Digital Currencies, stablecoins, and tokenised deposits, grounded in trust, interoperability, and sound governance.

• Quantum: Leading the way to quantum-resilient financial systems.

• Financial Inclusion: Providing access and opportunities for 1.4 billion unbanked individuals through digital infrastructure and interoperable systems.

SFF will also host more than 500 sponsors and exhibitors, featuring over 40 international pavilions across six exhibition halls. Each hall will offer stage programs, networking lounges, and experiences connecting ideas, people, and opportunities in the global FinTech sector.

New Features and Initiatives

SFF 2025 will introduce new initiatives celebrating a decade of FinTech advancements:

• SFF 10th Anniversary Gallery: A visual exploration of a decade of FinTech innovation, honoring key milestones and inspiring delegates to envision the next ten years of transformation.

• Time Capsule: A collective reflection on FinTech's future, where participants share predictions, messages, and artefacts to be sealed and revealed in 2035.

• Next Gen Leaders Programme: A new initiative to identify, connect, and empower emerging innovators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers shaping the future of finance and technology.

• SME Sustainability Barometer 2025: Launched by MAS as a digital platform of GFTN for sustainability disclosures, this report, in partnership with PwC, the Sustainability Alliance, and the Singapore Business Federation, surveyed 560 SMEs to explore how businesses can adopt green practices, access sustainable finance, and drive long-term growth.

• SFF Livestream: Global audiences can tune in to three premier stages - Festival, FutureMatters, and Frontier - to hear from leading voices in finance, technology, and policy.

The SFF Curtain Raiser: Insights Forum™ and The Innovation Lab Crawl

Before the main SFF 2025 conference, the Insights Forum™ will be held from 10 to 11 November at Sands Expo & Convention Centre, focusing on:

Public-Private Roundtables across eight key themes, bringing senior leaders together to address shared priorities and produce actionable outcomes through dialogue.

Layer 1 Summit, returning for its second year to advance public-private dialogue on digital assets, tokenisation, and AI infrastructure.

Thematic Spotlights developed with industry partners across key sectors and regions.

The Innovation Lab Crawl, held from 10 to 11 November, will showcase emerging technologies and pilot projects across 11 participating organizations. Attendees will get a first look at innovations shaping the future of financial services hosted by leading institutions in Singapore’s FinTech ecosystem.
