Fundamental Aesthetic Medical Clinic was founded by two doctors (Dr Sy Li Lin and Dr Ray Loh) with a shared vision to make medical aesthetic treatments more accessible to the heartland community.

The clinic began with its 1^st branch at Bukit Merah branch and later expanded to Hougang branch and subsequently expanded to Orchard to serve both neighborhood and city-center patients.
