The National Day Special features all beloved classics from the original buffet, plus three spectacular new additions representing Singapore's culinary diversity:

Stir-Fried Flower Clams in Black Bean and Chili Padi Sauce — A fusion of Cantonese techniques with local spice that symbolizes Singapore's East-meets-West culinary identity.
