Known for its bespoke cocktail experiences, the bar now introduces a groundbreaking creation: the Five Elements Philosophy Cocktail.Inspired by ancient Chinese philosophy, this $23 cocktail blends Eastern wisdom, modern mixology, and AI technology. Guests begin by sharing their birth date, time, and location. Using a guided AI chatbot, they generate a personalised elemental profile, revealing their weakest element. Ethan then crafts a bespoke cocktail to restore balance, turning a drink into a ritual of self‑discovery.“I created the Five Elements Philosophy Cocktail to help guests achieve harmony within their elements and attract positive energy. It’s more than a cocktail — it’s an experience,” said Ethan.
