Edge Unveils Surf & Turf • Signature Seafood & Prime Cuts

From 22 August 2025 until 5 October 2025, every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, Pan Pacific Singapore’s award-winning buffet restaurant, Edge, presents Surf and Turf — a limited-time-only dinner experience led by Executive Chef Andy Oh and his Culinary Team. Showcasing the finest from both land and sea, this indulgent buffet highlights premium seafood, succulent meats, and Edge’s signature international spread.

Renowned for its lively open kitchens, Edge elevates indulgence with a Surf and Turf spread brimming with temptations from both sea and land. Dive into ocean delights such as Giant Freshwater Prawn, Steamed Lobster Claw Chawanmushi, and Lobster Bisque enriched with Cognac. Enjoy smoky Barbecued Slipper Lobster, fiery Mala Crawfish Baby Lobster Pot, tender Giant Squid, and the delicate En Papillote Giant Queensland Grouper.

On land, the feast continues with succulent Marinated Lamb T-bone, aromatic Rosemary Spring Chicken, and the grand centrepiece — a Slow Roasted Prime Rib carved to order. With so much to discover, every plate promises a new adventure for the palate.

Additionally, for just $30 per person, diners can elevate their evening with two full hours of free flow of Tiger Beer — the ultimate companion to sizzling prime cuts and ocean-fresh seafood.
