The award-winning buffet restaurant, Edge is excited to present 'Tastes of the Australian Outback', an exclusive dinner buffet, which will be available daily, from 14 October until 9 November 2025.
Led by Executive Chef Andy Oh and his Culinary Team, and presented in partnership with gourmet purveyor Indoguna Singapore, Edge’s buffet spread showcases premium Australian produce, including freshly shucked Tasmanian Oysters, Teochew-style Steamed Giant Australian Queensland Grouper, 65°C Sous Vide Slow-roasted Australian Black Angus Beef, Slow-roasted Kangaroo Leg marinated in Taylor Port Wine, as well as Grilled Olive-marinated Spatchcock with Roasted Parsnips, and more!
On the official launch night, Executive Chef Dayan Hartill-Law of Palette Restaurant in Gold Coast, Australia, and an Ambassador of Indoguna Singapore, made a guest appearance, where he shared his insights and cooking techniques for the exclusive Australian meat cuts.
Pan Pacific Singapore General Manager Melvin Lim gave an opening speech to welcome all the guests, and the evening was also graced by the Guest of Honour, H.E Allaster Cox, the Australian High Commissioner to Singapore.
