Volt Auto Pte Ltd ("Volt Auto"), the sole authorised distributor of Dongfeng vehicles in Singapore, and Vin's Holdings Ltd ("Vin's", the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"), a provider of integrated automotive solutions, are excited to announce a significant strategic partnership featuring two key initiatives:

●      The designation of Vin's as an authorised channel partner for Dongfeng Motor Corporation Limited's ("Dongfeng") latest electric vehicle ("EV") range; and

●      The proposed creation of a joint venture company ("JVCo") between Volt Auto and Vin's, which will function as the authorised workshop for all Dongfeng vehicles in Singapore.

These initiatives demonstrate both companies' mutual commitment to promoting electric mobility in Singapore and providing a comprehensive service across sales, after-sales support, and customer experience.

Introduction of Three New Dongfeng Electric Vehicles to the Singapore Market

Under the channel partnership agreement, Vin's will launch three innovative Dongfeng EV models in the Singapore market:

●      Box – A compact and nimble EV designed for efficient urban travel.

●      007 – A stylish, high-performance electric sedan with advanced technology features.

●      Vigo – A robust commercial EV created for businesses seeking more sustainable logistics and fleet solutions.

This partnership aligns with both companies' strategy to broaden access to reliable, innovative, and environmentally friendly mobility options in Singapore. The launch of these models is in line with Singapore's Green Plan 2030, as more consumers and businesses transition to electric vehicles.

New Joint Venture: JVCo Designated as Authorised Workshop for Dongfeng Vehicles

Complementing the sales partnership, Volt Auto and Vin's have agreed to form JVCo, which will operate as the authorised workshop for all Dongfeng vehicles in Singapore.

This joint venture agreement assigns JVCo the responsibility for:

●      Manufacturer-approved servicing and maintenance

●      Diagnostic and repair work

●      Genuine parts supply

●      Warranty support for Dongfeng customers

This planned joint venture will enhance both companies' capacity to support Dongfeng customers throughout the entire vehicle ownership experience, from purchase to professional, authorised after-sales care.
