SINGAPORE (3 December 2020) – Cointreau in partnership with Miss Fitz, presents Miss Fitz-mas, an exclusive, fun-filled Christmas pop-up that is spreading festive cheer at the bar until early January 2021.

From holiday drinks, food and decoration, the entire Christmas vibe is omnipresent throughout with lights, Santa ambience and an amazing F&B offering juztaposed with an impeccable @cointreau and assorted lineup of curated drinks.
The Cranberry Brie Puffs and the Festive Dinner along with the Blitzen and Gingerbread Old Fashioned were just absolutely amazing! #Christmas2020#SGFood ; and after dinner; head towards the hidden venue behind called Roxy where u can cuddle up for a round of lovely drinks with your friends and loved ones. This has such a gorgeous setting and what we like best, is that it's hidden, meaning a secret passage and enclosure to bring your friends for a lovely surprise.
The festive menu features a plethora of amazing Christmas cocktails including the familiar Eggnog, with Rémy Martin VSOP and house made pumpkin pie spice, Cranberry Gin Fizz with The Botanist Gin and Elderflower, a Gingerbread Old Fashioned with Wild Turkey Bourbon, Gingerbread syrup and bitters for a tasty roundup for the evening, along with an assortment of other specialty cocktails.
The curation of holiday Christmas treats include a full Festive Dinner that encompasses a choice of Turkey Breast, Honey Baked Ham, Roast Beef or Roasted Eggplant served with maple glazed brussel sprouts, creamy mashed potato, gravy and house-made cranberry sauce -> this is absolutely amazing, heart-warming and tasty. The standard of the mashed potato and brussel sprouts is so good that you will want even more! For sweets, we recommend the warm Apple Crumble with rich Caramel Sauce or a unique and special Pumpkin Crème Brulee.
Each day, guests can enter an advent raffle for every $50 spent at the bar. Prizes include a Christmas eggnog cocktail tutorial hosted by Miss Fitz and Roxy Head Bartender, Ricky Paiva; a Westland tote bag; Rèmy Martin Highball set and an Aperol Spritz Night at Bayside with food and drink for up to five people.
