A Sunday Escapade at Pan Pacific Singapore’s Edge Buffet




Beginning 10 March 2024, Edge introduces a brand new sumptuous Sunday brunch experience, perfect for indulging in exquisite international delights.



Embark on a gastronomic adventure through extensive buffet lines with delicious creations and à la minute presentations from Singaporean, Chinese, Malay, Indian, Japanese, Thai, western and fresh seafood spreads. Highlights of the Sunday brunch include the Australia Black Angus Beef Prime Ribs, Sustainable Boston Lobster, Signature Nonya Laksa, and Singapore Chili Crab with Golden Mantou.



Other exclusive spreads at Edge’s Sunday brunch include the Breakfast Station with your choice of eggs including Lobster Eggs Benedict, Cured Salmon Station with Poached Whole Norwegian Sustainable Salmon, and the Chargrilled Station with handcrafted sausages and hams made in-house by the hotel’s esteemed Master Butcher.










To elevate the Sunday experience, indulge in an optional add-on of free-flow alcoholic beverages such as Tattinger Brut Réserve Champagne, house red and white wine, selection of house spirits, Tiger Beer, and DIY Bloody Marys for the perfect brunch affair.










A fantastic live band also belts out familiar Top 40 hits as part of the entertainment to accompany your champagne brunch experience.
