Major champion Hannah Green captured her second HSBC Women’s World Championship title and seventh LPGA Tour victory after a final-round 69 secured a one-shot win over American Auston Kim. Having previously won in 2024, Green becomes the third two-time champion of the event, joining Inbee Park and Jin Young Ko. The victory was made even more special as it marked her first win with her husband on the bag.

Green returned to the winner’s circle with a total score of 14-under-par 274. This marked the 29-year-old’s seventh LPGA victory and her second HSBC Women’s World Championship win, following her triumph at The Tanjong, Sentosa Golf Club in 2024.
With this victory, the Perth native joins Jin Young Ko and Inbee Park as the third two-time winner of the HSBC Women’s World Championship. It is also her first LPGA Tour win with her husband, Jarryd Felton, as her caddie.

“The past couple of weeks have been fantastic. My regular caddie is applying for a green card and couldn’t leave the U.S., so my husband stepped in unexpectedly for the season. Fortunately, he was able to help out,” Green said. “It was truly a team effort over the last two weeks, and it’s very special to share my seventh win, which is also my favorite number, with him,” added Green.

American Auston Kim, who led the first two rounds, shot a 67 to finish second, while 11-time LPGA winner and three-time Major champion Minjee Lee, who began the final round tied for the lead with Green, ended with a 72 to finish tied third with France’s Pauline Roussin-Bouchard and Angel Yin of the United States.
Green started the final round tied with compatriot Lee and quickly took the lead with an opening birdie, followed by an eagle-three on the eighth hole. After turning in 33, Green added birdies on the 11th and 13th holes, but a bogey on the 14th slowed her momentum.
She quickly recovered with another birdie on the 15th. Despite dropping two shots on the 17th and 18th holes, it was enough to secure her second HSBC Women’s World Championship title since 2024 by one shot over Kim.
“I was feeling nervous and told Jarryd a few times that I wasn’t comfortable. He reminded me to take a deep breath, have a snack, or sip some water. I haven’t played with this level of adrenaline in a long time, and we managed it well,” Green stated. In her third LPGA season, Kim continues to seek her first win but remains optimistic about the lessons learned this week.
“There’s so much to learn in both golf and life, and every day on the course is a chance to improve,” she reflected. “Every moment competing is something I’m grateful for, and I gained a lot this week. I’m proud of that.” Lee also chose to focus on the positives for the upcoming season. “This sets up a nice start to the year. I can take more positives than negatives from this week,” Lee said.
“My scrambling was strong, and the second round was excellent. I hope to build on this and make more birdies in the next tournament,” added Lee, who recorded rounds of 72, 64, 69, and 72. Singapore’s Chen Xingtong closed with a 71 to finish tied-60th, while Shannon Tan ended with a 75 to be placed tied-64th. “I didn’t showcase my best game, but I’m pleased to have improved from last year, where I finished last,” said the 17-year-old.

Sentosa continues to gain global recognition for its leadership in sustainable golf and championship venue status, with The Serapong recently being named Asia’s Best Golf Course and Singapore’s Best Golf Course at the 2025 World Golf Awards.
