Located at EDITION's inaugural hotel in Southeast Asia, FYSH is dedicated to fostering a circular economy within the hotel. It aims to reduce food waste and enhance the guest experience through innovative dishes that honor the complete potential of individually sourced, sustainable ingredients, all within a lush, green environment.
FYSH is a contemporary seafood steakhouse that equally honors land proteins and vegetables, all unified by bold regional flavors. The menu is carefully planned around taste, structure, style and natural ingredients, with distinct plating to reflect culinary alignment with its concept and to keep focus on measurable outcomes for the discerning restaurant patron; the emphasis is on consistency and a memorable dining experience.
One of the most captivating aspects of FYSH is its ability for its cuisine to transit from day to night. During the afternoon, the lush greenery and serene atmosphere make it an ideal location for business or social lunches. In the evening, the ambiance changes completely as the lighting becomes more subdued, transforming the space into a more intimate setting, perfect for marking or celebrating special occasions.
For their Set Lunch Menu, a 2-Course is priced at $58 and their 3-Course at $78, including Coffee, Tea and Soft Drinks. We chose the Charcoal Grilled Tiger Prawns for starters, a dish that exemplified the styling concept of FYSH, and for the Main Dish, a lovely Black Wagyu Beef Hanger Steak and Fries - well defined and tasty, simply done in the way that we like. Dessert was an expression of Tiramisu and the multiple layered definition of this awesome creation, was a truly eye and taste opener; honestly one of the best that we have tasted in recent years.
