FIND – Design Fair Asia serves as the ultimate platform to engage with key decision-makers and discover the latest in furniture, lighting, kitchenware, bathroom solutions, surfaces, homeware, and more for your future projects. As a highlight of Singapore Design Week, FIND offers direct interaction with leading property developers, architects, interior designers, and hospitality professionals from across APAC and SEA.

FIND - Design Fair Asia is a joint venture between dmg events (organizers of well-known global shows Big5, INDEX, HiDesign etc.) and Fiera Milano (leader in Italy and one of the main integrated operators worldwide in the exhibition and congress industry). It is a combination trade show and design fair, offering a carefully curated selection of furniture, interiors, and design brands.

FIND – Design Fair Asia 2025, a major event of the Singapore Design Week, returns from 11 - 13 September 2025 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre as the region’s top design platform, with an expanding international presence. This year’s edition features a vibrant array of national pavilions, each showcasing their countries’ evolving design narratives. With key stakeholders such as DesignSingapore Council and numerous regional partner associations, FIND has an extended event offerings on over 11,000 sqm, 250 international brands, a VIP buyer program, and exciting on-site initiatives.

The anchor event of the Singapore Design Week (organized by Design Singapore Council) acts as a stimulating marketplace connecting leading suppliers across furniture, lighting, décor, textiles, design technology, home, kitchen, bathroom and surface materials with retail buyers, residential and commercial property developers, architects, hospitality professionals, interior designers, high-net-worth individuals, and Asia-based FF&E contractors.

From Europe to Southeast Asia, the pavilions highlight the diversity and shared values shaping global design today. Italy, a cornerstone of FIND since its inception, will present many of its leading furniture and interior brands. Joining them are country pavilions from Singapore, Thailand, the Czech Republic, Indonesia, and country collectives from France, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, each bringing unique cultural perspectives and craftsmanship to the forefront. Together, the pavilions emphasize FIND’s role as a crucial hub—not just for business, but for cultural exchange and design diplomacy.

Amid increasing global trade tensions, evolving supply chains, and ongoing tariff uncertainties, furniture and design brands are rapidly turning their focus toward Asia. This trend is particularly evident in ASEAN, a robust and high-growth region with a population exceeding 680 million. Vietnam has notably become the world’s second-largest furniture exporter, with annual exports surpassing USD 10 billion, a change partly driven by the US-China trade realignment. With the ASEAN furniture market expected to grow at over 5% CAGR through 2029, the region not only offers cost efficiencies and favorable trade policies but also a booming domestic demand fueled by urbanization and a growing middle class. These factors collectively position Southeast Asia as a crucial driver for global design and furniture expansion.

Simultaneously, luxury developments such as Park Nova in Singapore and The Residences at Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok are contributing to a rise in premium interiors. A clear sign of growth is ASEAN’s flourishing hospitality sector, which is transforming the furniture landscape. In December 2024, Hilton announced that its presence in the Asia Pacific had exceeded 1,000 operating hotels, up from 761 the previous year and surpassing its 2025 target. Accor has also signed 27 new hotel projects, totaling over 8,100 keys, across key ASEAN markets, including Singapore, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Indonesia and Thailand have also seen a surge of luxury villas, resorts, and serviced apartments in Bali and Phuket.

As luxury resorts and boutique hotels proliferate, there is a growing demand for durable, design-focused, and sustainable furniture. This presents a significant opportunity for furniture brands, particularly those offering custom craftsmanship and eco-friendly materials, to become the preferred furnishing partners in ASEAN’s rapidly expanding hospitality ecosystem.

“The momentum gathering around the national pavilions at FIND - Design Fair Asia 2025 speaks volumes about the global design industry’s interest in ASEAN. From Europe to the region’s creative capitals, countries are choosing FIND as a platform to tell their design stories and forge new commercial connections,” said Carl Press, Event Director of FIND. “Whether it’s Italy’s continued leadership, the debut of new pavilions from France and Thailand, or the return of regional stalwarts like Indonesia, each presence contributes to a richer, more connected global design conversation - and underscores FIND’s role as a bridge between cultures, markets, and ideas.”

The FIND Global Summit unites over 80 business and design leaders to tackle pressing topics across architecture, hospitality, property, and innovation. From Mario Cucinella to Simon Yu (Zaha Hadid Architects), Hossein Rezai-Jorabi (Ramboll), and Keiji Ashizawa, the Summit sparks dialogue and delivers strategies to help industries thrive.

This year, DesignSingapore Council’s EMERGE@FIND embodies “Dialogue through Design”. With over 76 designers and 800 sqm of works from Tokyo to Jakarta and Seoul to Mumbai, the showcase reflects Asia’s role in shaping global design while celebrating identity, creativity, and cultural exchange.

The curated event is complemented by a bespoke VIP Buyer Program, which creates dedicated matchmaking between exhibitors and industry leaders, positioning the show not just as a marketplace, but as a platform where dialogue, collaboration, and opportunity converge.

ASEAN and Asia Pacific continue to drive growth in furniture and interior design, supported by booming hospitality sectors and luxury residential projects. Yet the industry faces challenges from rising costs and shifting supply chains. With the market projected to reach US$35.3 billion by 2027 (Mordor Intelligence), FIND – Design Fair Asia remains a vital gateway for global brands to navigate and tap into this dynamic region.
