- Ginett Lunar New Year Menu
SPRING INTO THE NEW YEAR Start The Lunar New Year On A High With Asian-Inspired French dishes For the first time ever, Ginett Restaurant & Wine Bar will be serving a Lunar New Year-inspired French menu. Paying homage to the festivities through incorporating auspicious ingredients with French techniques, this promotional menu will be available exclusively till 28 February 2021, for dinner only. Five a la carte dishes will be available, ranging from a light and refreshing starter to hearty mains – there’s something for every palate to celebrate the Lunar New Year. To start, a Hamachi Carpaccio served “Yu Sheng” Style ($26++) featuring Japanese Yellowtail fillet, atop a colourful celebration of winter radish, pear and cucumber, and served with sour plum dressing to balance the buttery texture and bold flavours of the Hamachi. The crispy "pok pok" crackles in the mouth perfectly balanced with the dressing and flavours of the Yu Sheng. For mains, poultry lovers can indulge in the Burgaud Challans Duck ($30++) marinated with pu-erh tea and Chinese five spice. Known for its rich and flavourful meat, the French duck breast is served with aged soy and charred baby leeks, an auspicious symbol of wealth. Next, the Crispy Suckling Pig ($32++) served on a bed of pumpkin purée with sautéed broccolini and tart kumquats, symbolic of gold and fortune. Prepared over the course of 2 days, the suckling pig belly is marinated overnight then followed by a slow confit for 6 hours to render some of the fat and tenderise the meat. The meat rests for 12 more hours before being roasted to crisp up the edges. The skin was thin and roasted to perfection, giving it a crackling crispiness on the palate. This had just the right ratio of fats to meat. Some other places serve suckling pig that is either too fatty or too meaty and lean which makes each bite really dry and bland. For those who love pasta, indulge in a Grilled Lobster Tagliolini ($38++). House-made tagliolini is cooked with garlic and chilli, XO sauce and topped with a charcoal-grilled Maine lobster. The lobster was fresh and well grilled, and the XO sauce was well mixed into the French rendition of our local "Mee Kia Tar". Last but definitely not least, end your meal on a sweet note with the Pineapple Tarte Tatin ($15++) – this is Ginett’s spin on the famous French upside-down apple tart and the Lunar New Year’s Ong Lai. Pineapple and cranberry jam is stuffed into puff pastry which is topped with caramelised pineapples, known to bring good luck, and served a scoop of vanilla ice cream. - Chickita - Flame Grilled Chicken
Chickita is proud to have their own 100% Natural chicken exclusively for all their outlets, and we were glad we could participate in this natural movement for a superb cuisine experience. We were super excited when our team from Rosette Vietnam was invited to sample this amazingly new innovative concept, right in the heart of Saigon. Their freshly raised farmed chickens are delivered daily and this is the key element that they guarantee by using the freshest chicken in Chickita outlets. Their philosophy is not to use frozen chicken, and we could attest to this during our tasting, and in the process, this ensures that they provide their guests with a consistent quality of flame-grilled chicken at all times, whether dining in the restaurant or having taken away. What we like best is that they practice and focus on a farm to table approach for their concept, and this resonates strongly with our DNA! Simply Marvellous!! We tried the Prawn Skewers Secret Chilli Garlic Sauce, Chickita Machos with a Twist - super love this!, their signature Flame Grilled Chicken - the reason why we came - super yummy and Chicken Wings along with their superb sauces with names like Sweet Baby, Old Saigon, Original Chickita and Sexy Chickita; the Sides were awesome and so are their tasty dressings. We are taken aback with their array of desserts which were wholesome, tasty and eloquent to our sweet tooth buds! They have opened 4 outlets since they started a year back amid the Covid Crisis, and the freshness of the brand pays testament to the curated delivery of their exquisite menu; the decor is super colourful and playful to complete an awesome day out with your family and loved ones at Chickita! - Earth 2: A Futuristic Concept with Limitless Possibilities
*Note for the reader: if you already know what Earth 2 is and you just need a promo code to get a 5% discount, here it is: JIEKG8ZV7E Continue reading if you want to know more about this futuristic concept or get involved in it,. WHAT IS EARTH 2? Earth 2 is a futuristic concept for a second earth; a metaverse, between virtual and physical reality in which real-world geolocations on a sectioned map correspond to user generated digital virtual environments. These environments can be owned, bought, sold, and in the near future deeply customized. A virtual 1:1 scale version of Earth is inevitable and Earth 2 is the beginning of this exciting future. Phase 1 is now live and represents the central global body that aims to determine ownership of digital assets and property inside this futuristic virtual metaverse of Earth. Built on top of MapBox technology, the team at Earth 2 have created a geographically linked digital grid layer that spans across the entire planet allowing people to claim ownership of Virtual Land in the form of tiles. It is their vision that Virtual Land will increase in value over time based on demand, location and earning potential, much the same way that physical land does, so be sure to claim your own land in key locations around the world early on! Earth 2 was launched on 3rd November 2020 and aims to map the planet Earth in a virtual copy, where it is possible to buy geographic areas. A digital version of the world where you can make trades and from which you can make income. The project is still in phase 1 and at the moment thousands of users around the world are competing for buying lands in important places in the world, such as the central areas of the metropolises of the most industrialized nations. In the near future (first half of 2021), a virtual game will be released, allowing people to play inside the digital earth, finding resources and building structures inside it, with advertising possibilities inside the virtual earth. HOW TO INVEST/BUY LANDS? You can purchase lands directly on the official Earth 2 website. You may need some time to find available lands in the world’s most popular cities like London or New York, but with a little determination you will make it. And specifically for this initial phase it is also possible to take advantage of a 5% discount on the purchase price, by entering the following code on the purchase page: JIEKG8ZV7E. A common question asked; is it better to buy many small lands with less money each or a unique big piece of land worth more? The answer can depend on your goal. Basing on the hints released by Earth 2 team, a small piece of land can be easier to sell if your goal at some point os to monetize the investment just by selling higher than the purchase price. Once the game will kick in, however, the revenues coming from bigger pieces of land will be more promising compared to small slots. Earth 2 is anyway planning to allow to split a bigger land in smaller portions and use them separately. HOW MUCH IS EARTH 2 WORTH? As in everything, the value of the investment is closely linked to how much that object is coveted by other potential investors. And although the property is purely virtual, it is easy to understand the great potential of the project: the existence of a virtual version of the planet can represent an interesting opportunity for many realities, such as video game producers or business activities existing in reality. Not to mention that the penetration of virtual reality in the future is destined to increase, and therefore the opportunity is to own a virtual asset that could be worth a lot in the years to come. With still rather low costs: at the beginning of 2021 the cost of a property in the key nations of the world (United States, United Kingdom but also Italy) was still quite cheap, with cases in which it was possible to buy coveted lands even for less than 1 dollar per tile. Although the project took off at the end of 2020, the number of buyers in Earth 2 is increasing dramatically, to the point that the servers are often overloaded. The competition is therefore really high right now and those interested would do well not to miss a moment: there are already several users sharing experiences of investments started with less than 1000$ and then worth over 100.000$ after less than a month. All with a (still) very simple registration process and payment conveniently performed via Paypal. FINAL WORDS Could the millionaires of the future be born right now? Maybe yes, maybe no. Basically it is a bet. It is up to you to decide when and how much to get involved. Meanwhile, the question launched by the platform is captivating: have you claimed your piece of the future?
- Hutong - Unveils New Menu with - Szechuan BBQ Skewers from $1
Hutong has recently launched a brand new menu featuring Szechuan BBQ skewers, with each skewer starting at $1. Yes $1 per skewer, and it is not a publicity stunt. The restaurant's new menu comprises over 40 varieties of Szechuan appetizers and BBQ skewers, from meat to seafood and vegetables. Hutong’s skewers are kept warm throughout the meal, as they are served over a griller instead of on plates. Each griller is specially imported from China. All the skewers are marinated with a special inhouse blend consisting of salt, white pepper powder, cooking wine and cumin powder. For mutton and chicken wing, dark soya sauce is added to lend an umami note. Left overnight, the marinade permeates every inch of the ingredient, resulting in a flavourful bite. Then, a special blend of salt, sugar, garlic powder, cumin powder, chicken stock powder and chilli flakes (for spicy offerings) is sprinkled atop the skewer. Be spoilt for choice with offerings including chicken meat, pig stomach, pig intestine, premium beef cube, mutton leg meat, tentacles of squid and fresh prawns. Temper the meat indulgence with oyster mushrooms, sliced lotus root, broccoli and romaine lettuce. Each skewer is charcoal grilled, a cooking technique that achieves a nice smoky finish. Chilli oil is used to grill the spicy offerings while cane pepper oil is used for the non-spicy items — each type of oil adds another depth of flavour. We decided to drop by on a cool December evening to try out the new menu. We reckoned BBQ food would warm our bellies and hearts during this rainy monsoon season. The interior is very Chinese Oriental chic with hanging lanterns and antique furniture. The staff were very attentive and customer oriented and we were shown to our seats. We ordered our drinks first for some pre dinner cocktails and we were recommended the Moutai Punch $12 and Moutai Colada $12. The Punch was like a Yuzu cocktail with a shot of Moutai to give it that extra oomph, while the Colada was a coconut base Pina Colada with infused Moutai. Both were highly refreshing and served as a palate cleanser before we ordered our food. We started off with a BBQ Platter featuring an assortment of their best selling skewers starting from $1 per skewer. The Grilled Oysters ($7 for 2 pieces) were huge and juicy. My goodness look at the size of those oysters. They were topped with a special Szechuan Mala chilli sauce on to give it that fusion oriental spiciness kick. It was a refreshing change from the usual oysters with tabasco sauce or chilli cocktail sauce served at hotel buffets and western resturants. Next up was the Premium Half Shell Scallops ($8.80 for 2 pieces). It paired really well with our cokctails and white wine. If you are craving other types of cuisines, you will be glad to know that you can order across several other brands under the Katrina Group, all conveniently located at Clarke Quay. These restaurants include Japanese bar Tomo Izakaya, Indonesian restaurant Bayang, Thai restaurant RENNThai and Mexican bar Muchos. We decided to try out some Indonesian food from Bayang nearby. We tried the Sambal Stingray $18 and Satay Madura at $1 per stick. Wow these prices are really reasonable, considering that a similar stingray dish at a hawker centre would go for $12-16 and a stick of satay already costs $0.70-0.90 depending on the hawker centre location. The stingray was fresh, the flesh was tender and we did not detect any unpleasant odours typically associated with stingray that is not fresh or poorly prepared. The satay was well marinated in Bayang's secret marinade sauce and was tender and juicy. The signature house dish Mala Xiao Long Xia with Moutai $38.90 was a visually appealing treat. A generous amount of baby crawfish is stir-fried with a blend of aromatic mala spices. When served, a shot of Moutai is drizzled over the dish; the overall dish is then flambéed for a dramatic presentation. Each crawfish is juicy and succulent, and steeped in the natural oils of the spices, becomes incredibly fragrant and wonderfully spicy. Summary of our verdict: The food quality was excellent and prices extremely reasonable and hard to beat. We are srcatching our heads to name another similar restaurant that can offer this at the same prices. It is positioned as a Chinese style Japanese Izakaya skewers with drinks, perfect for after work gatherings and even family outings. About Hutong: Hutongs are old alleys and narrow streets typically found in Beijing, China. The ancient Chinese built their houses with courtyards close to each other to form narrow passageways between them. Many neighbourhoods and relationships were forged through these structural of hutongs as they become a pivotal part in the lives of the local Chinese people. Today, many hutongs have gradually disappeared to make way for modernisation in the vast city. Hutong seeks to retain the distinctive character and charm of such unique, diminished features in old Beijing. The 110-seat restaurant is flawlessly decorated with bold red lanterns and Chinese silk drapes that claim all attention. Carefully selected antique fixtures complement and add a refinement, nostalgic feel to the restaurant. Our Northern Chinese-inspired fine cuisine appeals to diners with a palate for all things traditional and Chinese. Interestingly put together, they bring out the laidback charm of old Beijing in a sharp contrast with the vibrant backdrop by the Clarke Quay riverside. - I'm Kim : Review
With beautiful lights and decorative ornaments at its entrance, I’m Kim showcased a level of aesthetic artistry even from outside the restaurant. Aptly, the establishment is located just beside the School of the arts. The wonderful decor of the place is only outclassed by the quality of food they offer. Banchan and Jjigae Banchans (side dishes) and Jjigaes (soups) are part of the Korean cuisine. While it may seem like side dishes and soups are only meant to complement the main dishes, the banchans at I’m Kim are delicacies in their own right. You’ll find the usual kimchi, tteokbokki, pancake, japchae (sweet potato noodles) that make up a Korean spread. On top of that, patrons can also help themselves to a colourful plate of sushi. The highlight of the banchans is the Signature wings. Calling these wings a “scene stealer” is no exaggeration as some hungry customers have gone to I’m Kim solely for these delicious bites. The jjigaes on the other hand, offer balance to the heavy selection of meats. Patrons can choose from 3 different kinds of soups - ginseng tonic soup, kimchi and collagen soup. I personally love the ginseng soup. The taste is not overbearing so you can appreciate it even if you’re not fond of ginseng. The mild flavour also stirs your appetite and keeps you hungry for more. Variety of meat Charred meat and sizzling fat on the grill is the foundation of Korean barbecue. So it’s no surprise that I’m Kim offers a decent variety of meat. As you put your slices on the grill, you get a whiff of the smoky aromas that come when fresh meat meets a hot grill. We started with a few slices of Galbi (short ribs), glazed with a sweet soy sauce marinade. Then we piled on the three-layered pork belly. The juices and oil that flowed out of the pork belly enhanced its taste even further. Just as we thought we had chosen the best slice of meat available, our host Adrian recommended his favourite – Thin sliced pork. The flavour of this pork was strong and crisp, almost like bacon. It was delicious even without any condiments added. Once we had our first taste, we immediately ordered the next round. Be sure to order this when you’re at I’m Kim! Drink Pairing: Makgeolli With a good dose of heat and meat at the table, a nice beverage is recommended. There are several non-alcoholic drinks you can order at I’m Kim. These are free-flow and waiters are prompt in filling your glass when it gets low. Alternatively, you can choose to get some alcohol to pair with your food. We had some Makgeolli, poured onto small cups for easy and traditional consumption. Makgeolli is a milky rice wine that is low in alcohol content so you can kick back with a few cups without feeling buzzed. If you prefer your drinks strong, there is Hite beer and soju available too. Concluding thoughts I’m Kim is a meat lover’s paradise. Their selection of meat leaves everyone satisfied and their banchans are amazing. The buffet is very reasonably priced and you’ll find it hard to get a better deal in the area for the quality of food offered. We had a wonderful time at I’m Kim and after a hearty meal, we couldn’t help but plan our next visit. Head on down to I’m Kim at 1 Zubir Said Drive #01-04 School of The Arts, 227968 For a halal option, head over to their Captain Kim outlet at 300 Tampines Ave 5, #01-06 NTUC Income Tampines Junction, Singapore

- Elements Wellness Facial & Spa Review
The Rosette Media team collaborated with Elements Wellness group, to review their latest offerings for a facial and spa massage treatment in December 2020. We also got a great opportunity to assess and audit their safety parameters and protocols, governing spa clientele as per the new norms brought about by Covid-19, and Elements scored brilliantly in this area. Oxygeneo Facial Zoe, a beauty therapist with over 10 years of experience, introduced the all-new patented OxyGeneo™ Technology as she worked on my fatigued and tired face (yes, tons of work, over-time and late sleepless nights). The Oxygeneo Facial is instrumental in delivering unparalleled skin nourishment & oxygenation and I can see the face lift, at various contours of my face and I can feel the vibrancy and tenderness of a younger looking skin after my first treatment. In the past years, I would go for a facial monthly but due to Covid-19, I was so busy, that this is actually my first facial treatment in a year. Zoe is very thorough, from the initial cleansing, to the "surface and in-deep" facials as part of the entire intensive facial regime, that comprise of lifting and elasticity. Oxygeneo assists in the efficacy of a deep facial rejuvenation, whilst exfoliating the microdermabrasive layers of my facial structure, by infusing essential revitalizing nutrients and healing skin oxygenation from within. Thorough-out the process, I felt pampered again and again, with her very skilful facial massage techniques, that is interwoven with the aloe-vera collagen mask process, the collagen ampoule treatment, the moisturiser application and the sun-block facial application (attached photo - satisfied Elements Wellness Client) OxyGeneo™ treatments are suitable for all skin types – it can be delivered to all clients ranging from ethnicity skin differences, pigmentation types, sensitive skin, keloid (scar) issues, and those who are sensitive to abrasive treatments. Benefits: Skin Plumping & Hydrating Restored Skin Volume Renewed Youthful Glow (you can see my face glowing!) Increased Collagen Reduced Hyper-Pigmentation Improved Skin Cell Production Reduce Appearance of Wrinkles Suitable for all skin types Overall Synopsis: Highly Recommended. Rejuvenated with a Powerful After-Glow! Hyperwave™ Bioelectric Therapy For the next phase of my spa treatment, Cherry, a very experienced Spa Therapist, offered a combination of a traditional massage combined with a TCM-based Meridian Flush and a super-awesome and very effective Hyperwave Bioelectric Therapy. What I truly like about Elements Wellness is the very fact that they curate their massage treatments and techniques based on a bespoke approach, looking at the age, existing aches, body profile and composition by doing an initial assessment. Certified Hyperwave™ therapists, like Cherry, use her hands to deliver Bioelectricity into my body. This treatment improves nerve function and energizes cells to improve its function. I can feel the the bio-electric sensations going through the various aches and painful areas of my aching body (due to over-excessive work, yes, we work like mad in Asia!), and relieving them immediately on-the-spot with multiple energizing passes. A healthy nervous system and optimum cell function gives us good health and a brilliant after-massage wellbeing. I felt so rejuvenated and relaxed as it can reach the very deep areas of my tendons, muscles and body mass that cannot be delivered by a physical massage. Developed by national athletes, this is a therapy that uses bioelectricity to relieve muscle aches, pains and increase cellular energy for improved well-being. This therapy balances the physical aspects of well-being and also the internal health of our cells. Bioelectricity is the natural electrical charge in our bodies; it is the basis of life. The human body is electrical, our hearts are driven by low levels of electricity and every single cell contains a low level of electrical charge for all functions including recovery and regeneration. So how does Hyperwave™ Bioelectric Therapy help us? Hyperwave™ Bioelectric Therapy can help by balancing our internal system. Aligning our body’s currents Bioelectric currents can travel deep into muscles where traditional therapy cannot reach, to bring about deep healing. Injured or unhealthy tissues have a different electrical pattern than healthy tissue. During the therapy, the injured tissue absorbs the optimal bioelectric frequency and starts to resonate with this optimal frequency that is used to accelerate recovery. It is safe and a drug-free option. In TCM, this is known as un-blocking ‘Qi’. Applying bioelectric therapy helps clear meridians of blocked Qi to enable energy to flow freely in our body to promote healing and regeneration. Balances Nervous System Bioelectricity helps activate and balance our nervous system. A balanced nervous system stabilizes and regulates the healthy function of organs such as the heart, stomach and intestines. In TCM, bioelectricity is known to open our meridians, for energy or Qi to flow freely through our cells. Energizing cells Studies have shown that microcurrents with specific frequencies can increase ATP (adenosine triphosphate) production, which then provides cells with the energy required to regenerate and keep cells healthy. Some scientists consider aging due to a lack of ATP, that is, the amount of ATP available is not enough for the cells to maintain peak performance. Energized Cells = Healthier Body Ideal for: Muscle aches, soreness Relieve pain Fatigue, low energy levels Poor digestion Overall Synopsis: Highly Recommended. Very Effective. Well rejuvenated! - Goro Goro Steamboat & Korean Buffet - Review
Imagine a cold, rainy evening. You step into the showers, let the warm water fall on you, and ponder what to have for dinner. Chances are, hotpot is one of the first few considerations. There’s just nothing more comforting than a nice, hot broth on a cold, windy night. So when we recently had the chance to visit GoroGoroSteamboat & Korean Buffet restaurant, we were thrilledto satisfy our hotpot cravings. At GoroGoro, there are 7 different soup bases to choose from and a vast array of ingredients. We selected the Mala, Ginseng chicken and the crowd favourite - Beauty collagen soup. With the first sip of the collagen soup, we immediately understood why this is a top pick among patrons. There’s a fullness to the soup that keeps you satisfied, yet a lightness that ensures it never get overbearing. We were impressed with thebroth and later found out that to achieve such a rich taste, it has to be boiled for over 12 hours. Food at GoroGoro Steamboat Veggie lovers are spoilt for choice at the Veggies Paradise, where the ingredients are kept fresh with billowing cold air. Meat items are refrigerated in the kitchen and served upon request. We ordered a fair amount of pork and beef and placed a request for some seafood items – mussels, white clams and prawns. The prawns added a hint of sweetness to the collagen soup that added to its full flavour. We threw our ingredients into the soup bases, watching them swim together as they formed an amalgam of colour and texture. While waiting for them to cook, we ordered from the cooked-food menu. The chefs at GoroGoro have done a great job in not only ensuring the ingredients are top quality, but also curating a menu of cooked delicacies. We tried the signature Korean Chicken Wing, which is a popular appetizer. This completely blew us away. With a thick, sticky sauce coating the skin and permeating into the succulent flesh of the chicken, these wings are incredibly tasty (and addictive!) It’s amazing how a dish like this could be part of a buffet spread. Drinks at GoroGoro Steamboat We initially got some Calamansi and Iced peach tea. Refills were prompt as members of the staff moved around, ensuring we had everything we wanted. As our stomachs got half-filled, we decided to indulge in some Soju, bringing out the authentic Korean dining experience. There are a few other drinks to choose from such as Makgeolli (Korean rice wine), beer, and some soft drinks. But we enjoyed the soup so much that we didn’t order any of the other drinks. Desserts at GoroGoro Steamboat We ended our meal with some Yam paste and Peach gum dessert. The peach gum was refreshing and the yam paste had just the right consistency. It was not overly sweet and a satisfying way to end a flavourfulhotpot dinner. Ambience at GoroGoro Steamboat There is a certain vibrancy and liveliness to the design at GoroGoro. The cute soup-based mascots create a fun environment where patrons can have a delectable meal and feel completely relaxed. With its affordable pricing and delicious food, GoroGoro definitely warrants multiple visits. Head on down to The Centrepoint outlet at 176 Orchard Road #03-43 Singapore 238843. - The Hainan Story 海南宝 - 5 in 1 Hainanese Food Court Concept at Hillion Mall
Hainanese food is a dying trade as many older generation hawkers retire and their children are not keen to take over the business. The newly opened Hainan Story is a 5 in 1 food court concept located in Hillion Mall in Bukit Panjang. You can order from 5 different Hainanese stalls under one roof from a central ordering system and collect your order once it is ready. The 5 stalls here are household names like Wee Nam Kee Chicken Rice and Ah Chiang's Porridge, along with newcomers The Hainan Story, Newspaper Curry Rice, and Uncle Robert Western. We decided to drop by during lunch on a weekday to check it out. And my oh my there was a queue of heartlanders from the nearby housing estates, but we were pleasantly surprised that the queue moved pretty fast and we were seated within 15 minutes. We started off with comfort "breakfast" of homemade Gula Melaka Kaya with Butter Toast, 2 soft boiled eggs and Kopi O with butter. The homemade Gula Melaka was sweet but not overpowering on the palate, balanced with a hint of caramel. We were told by the staff that no preservatives were added to the Gula Melaka. Retail jars of the Gula Melaka are also available for takeaway, but they need to be consumed in 1 week. This is proof that there are no added preservatives indeed. After "breakfast", we moved to lunch. We ordered the Newspaper Curry Rice, which is essentially Hainanese Mixed Vegetable Rice served on newspaper which gives it a nostalgic touch. Out of the 6 sets available, we chose the Pork Belly set with fried egg, crackers, sambal tempeh and long bean vegetables. Next up was the Curry Chicken Rice set. We were served a full chicken drumstick slathered in traditional Hainanese curry gravy marinated in spices from a secret recipe. The curry was robust and full of flavours, and the beautiful thing was that we did not feel "jelak" (bloated) after that. Traditional Hainanese Lamb Stew in Claypot. The gravy was still bubbling when our order was ready. The lamb was soft and tender, stewed for many hours, and did not have a "gamey" taste associated with lamb which can put some people off. We lathered the gravy on top of our rice and whooh it was simply heavenly. We ordered the Oxtail Stew next. Again the meat was soft and tender and fell off the bone cleanly when we ate it. The tomato based gravy also paired really well with our rice. Next up was Fried Rice with Chicken Cutlet. The rice was expertly fried over a big fire and full of "wok hei". The chicken was a tad too dry though for our liking. Hainanese Chicken Rice "Hei Bai" Roasted and White. Ah, chicken rice - Singaporeans' favourite go-to food. The meat was tender and succulent and paired really well with the homemade chilli and ginger dip. Verdict: Great restaurant quality Hainanese comfort food at wallet friendly food court prices. We will return again another day to try the other dishes.
