- Copthorne King's Hotel Singapore
As the leading accommodation on Havelock Road, Copthorne King’s Hotel Singapore is a well-respected name in hospitality, rich in heritage. It serves as a perfect haven for both leisure and business travelers, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a memorable and comfortable stay in Singapore's vibrant heart. The 311 tastefully designed rooms and suites are truly impressive. With 142 rooms in the Tower Wing updated in 2020 featuring modern Chinoiserie décor and in-room technology, guests can enjoy an enhanced experience. Recreational amenities like a beautifully landscaped outdoor pool and jacuzzi with stunning views, a gymnasium, and even a mini putting green offer a perfect retreat amidst Singapore’s bustling environment. We decided to book a Signature Studio Room with Club Lounge Access for a weekend staycation. Check in was seamless and smooth. There were 2 automated check in kiosks but we decided to check in at the counter to interact with human front desk executives, We received the keys to our room promptly and were busy snapping photos of the lobby when we were approached by the Duty Manager, Kumar who politely asked us why we were doing that. Other guests being questioned would have been naturally upset but we took it in our stride, explained why, and even commended Kumar on being alert and was performing his job well. We could certainly understand why. There was a StarsCafe at the lobby with coffee powered by Starbucks and payment was entirely automated. Our Signature Studio room was located in the newer wing and on first impressions upon entering the room, it certainly looked and felt better than we expected from reading online reviews. The room was clean, functional, and the decor was a modern oriental theme. There was an AI-powered voice activated in-room device for making phone calls, requesting for room service, amenities and simply asking for help from the AI concierge, There was a complimentary fruit platter laid out on the table and even a birthday present for our little daughter wrapped in a beautiful wrapper. In line with the hotel's sustainability drive, plastic bottled water has been replaced by a cool water filter dispenser. The staff even set up the chaise lounge with bedsheet and pillow for the 3rd person. In the bathroom there was a long bath, standing shower and amenities by Christian Lacroix. Wow a 4 star hotel with 5 star class shampoo, conditioner and shower gel! It was 5pm and we decided to head to the Executive Club Lounge on Level 3 for evening cocktails and Sunset Hour between 5-7pm. The space was cosy, private and intimate with an outdoor old school resort charm. There was a lovely outdoor garden overlooking the CBD skyline and even a golf putting green. House wine, beer, soft drinks, coffee, tea, canapes and desserts were available for self service enjoyment. Fully equipped gym with cardio and weights machines. It was 7pm and time for dinner at Tien Court, the award winning Teochew restaurant that has been serving diners since 1989. Under the helm of Master Chef Lui Wing Keung, an award-winning chef from Hong Kong with over 32 years of expertise, Tien Court has redefined Teochew dining with a contemporary touch. We ordered a cold dish platter, Puning Chicken with aromatic fermented bean paste, bird's nest soup, cod fish, signature homemade tofu, XO seafood mee pok and a medley of desserts (peach gum, lemongrass jelly, mango pomelo sago). The food was cooked to perfection and was very refined and tasty, true to its Chaoshan Teochew heritage. After dinner we went to the Connections Lounge to check out the NightCatz live band that belts out Mandarin and Cantonese songs on Friday nights. The band was entertaining and lively and sang really well. The next day we had breakfast at the Princess Cafe. The international spread consists of the usual eggs cooked in any style you like, western, cold cuts, sausages, baked beans, and Asian favourites like dim sum and congee. For dinner we were back at Princess Terrace, renowned for its legendary authentic Penang buffet since the 1970s. Acclaimed to be one of Singapore's best loved Penang food buffet, it showcases a wide variety of dishes inspired by the rich culinary heritage of Penang. A very authentic nostalgic ride back to the glory days. You simply cannot find such equivalent Penang cusine in Singapore nowadays, all under one roof, without having to travel to Penang. This restaurant is also my grandmother and mother's favourite jaunt. Sadly grandmother has passed away, but we will bring Mum back again. Summary: A superb stay in a mature, homely and hospitable property in the city centre just off the usual Orchard and Marina Bay belts. For this price it offers unbeatable value and service. A clean and safe room to rest for the night, take the savings and spend it on shopping and food and other things that matter to you. A special shoutout and thanks to the Copthorne King's team for taking good care of us. Benedict the General Manager, Lindy the Marcoms Manager, Kumar the Duty Manager and Chief Engineer, Vincent the Tien Court Assistant Manager, Helen the Princess Terrace Assistant Manager, Lalitha from Princess Terrace who remembered our drinks preference on the 2nd morning breakfast, and Robin from the Concierge, To those from the team who we missed out, we are truly grateful for your kind hospitality and warm service.

- The Grand Ho Tram
Asia's Premier Leading Leisure Destination Introduction The Grand Ho Tram in Vietnam is a large-scale, beachside integrated resort and casino complex in Ba Ria–Vung Tau province, positioned as one of the country’s flagship leisure, gaming, and MICE destinations. The Grand Ho Tram sits on approximately 2.2 km of beachfront along the Ho Tram coast, about a two hour and 15 minute drive from Ho Chi Minh City (as we calculated this timing both ways) giving it strong appeal for both domestic weekenders and international tourists. It is widely recognized as Vietnam’s first true integrated resort (IR), combining upscale accommodation, gaming, golf, and family entertainment within a single master‑planned destination. Ownership The Grand Ho Tram is a 164‑hectare integrated resort project master‑planned to include multiple five‑star hotel towers, villas, casino, golf, retail, F&B, and convention infrastructure. The legal project vehicle is Ho Tram Project Company (HTP), 100% owned by Asian Coast Development Ltd (ACDL), with current management and investment under Lodgis Hospitality Holdings, a joint venture between Warburg Pincus and VinaCapital. Gaming, Golf and Entertainment The resort’s casino is a central draw, delivering a Las Vegas‑style gaming environment with table games and electronic gaming, currently oriented primarily toward foreign passport holders in line with Vietnam’s gaming regulations. The property has been a first mover as Vietnam’s initial international‑standard gaming venue, reinforcing its regional profile among gaming tourists. Complementing the casino, The Bluffs Grand Ho Tram is an 18‑hole links‑style golf course designed by Greg Norman that provides a championship‑level golf product with dramatic dune and coastal vistas and full clubhouse, F&B, and practice facilities. This golf‑and‑gaming combination, alongside family entertainment like mini‑golf, game centers, 2D/3D cinema, and karaoke, enables the resort to target both high‑value gamers and broader leisure or corporate groups. The Grand Ho Tram has become a key catalyst for tourism and infrastructure development in the Ba Ria – Vung Tau area, generating substantial employment, supplier opportunities, and secondary investment in the surrounding area. Its integrated model, luxury rooms, casino, golf, extensive F&B, and entertainment, showcases Vietnam’s capability to deliver global‑standard leisure products, helping elevate the country’s profile on the regional hospitality map. InterContinental Grand Ho Tram The InterContinental Grand Ho Tram is a 5-star beachfront tower located within The Grand Ho Tram integrated resort. It provides luxury accommodations, direct access to gaming and golf, and comprehensive MICE facilities. This property serves as the flagship tower of the Grand Ho Tram complex, branded under IHG’s InterContinental name. It is positioned as an upscale beach and entertainment retreat for both leisure and corporate guests. The tower spans approximately 2.2 km of Ho Tram coastline and offers direct access to the casino, The Bluffs golf course, spa, dining, and nightlife, acting as the primary luxury hub of the integrated resort. The InterContinental Grand Ho Tram caters to a diverse audience, including weekend visitors from Ho Chi Minh City, regional fly-in guests, and MICE/incentive groups seeking seaside resort experiences combined with gaming, golf, and extensive dining options. As part of the InterContinental brand, it focuses on international service standards, elegant interiors, and curated experiences such as signature dinners and personalized events. Rooms and Suites The hotel features 543 room, all with contemporary design, parquet flooring, and either ocean or golf‑course views over The Bluffs. Standard “Classic/Grand” rooms are about 47 m², available in king or twin configurations, and include down‑filled bedding, separate bathtub and shower, and full in‑room tech (LED/LCD TV, complimentary Wi‑Fi, stocked minibar, coffee/tea). Higher categories such as Grand Suites are close to 99 m² and add a separate living area, larger bathrooms, and enhanced in‑room amenities aimed at VIPs, families, and longer‑stay guests. We found this, especially satisfying and comforting, given the huge expanse of our lovely Ocean View Grand Suite, truly magnanimous! Across all categories, typical features include pillow menu, blackout drapes, deep soaking tub, rainfall shower, designer toiletries, in‑room safe, work desk, and sound‑proofing, creating a residential‑style comfort level. Facilities, Leisure and F&B On the leisure side, guests have access to multiple outdoor pools with cabanas and swim‑up/poolside bars, a private beach area, a full‑service spa, fitness center with classes (including yoga), kids’ facilities, and easy access to The Bluffs championship golf course. A complimentary or packaged shuttle typically connects the hotel with Ho Chi Minh City at fixed times, underscoring its “urban‑escape” positioning, which is hot destination amongst Saigoneers. The entire Grand Ho Tram destination has a total of 3 spas, 3 fitness centres, 9 swimming pools, 1 x 18-hole golf course, 1 casino and 2 retail stores. Within the wider resort, there are 17 restaurants and bars spanning casual, family, and premium concepts, including Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, grills/BBQ, bistros, cafes, pool and beach bars, a bowling alley and specialty whisky and cigar lounges. Grand Cafe offers the finest Vietnamese-style coffee and one can indulge in sandwiches, soups, exquisite pastries, and more in a relaxed café setting located near the hotel lobby., an intersection of all their various F&B concepts, at the central meeting point, termed the Dragon Chandelier. Nestled alongside the Grand Cafe is the Buds Ice Cream hailing from San Francisco, that delivers a variety of lovely ice cream flavours, perfect for children and ice cream lovers. We like the food at the Grand Cafe and tried the Lemongrass Fried Pork Ribs with chilli and steamed rice, just heavenly; also, we sampled the Pho at this restaurant, with good generous portions of beefball, shank with noodles and served with condiments. Renowned for its five-star chefs, extensive gourmet menu, and welcoming ambiance, The Grand Bistro stands as a highlight of the Ho Tram dining scene. Offering a menu that ranges from Australian Prime beef to Korean BBQ, enhanced by the finest local ingredients and paired with world-class wines, The Grand Bistro is an ideal destination for an extraordinary dining experience. We relished at the opportunity at The Grand Bistro, and sampled a variety of dishes, prepared to perfection, including the Nha Trang Oysters, raw delight with condiments; a nicely seared 190 Grams Wagyu Striploin, complete with green peas, potato and lovely beef jus (sauce); a roasted chilean seabass, with bak choy, green peas and soya butter sauce; and a lovely vanilla ice-cream to end off the awesome dinner evening! Ju Bao Xuan, is the epitome of all the restaurants at the Grand Ho Tram; elegantly adorned in front of expansive windows overlooking Vietnam’s East Sea, Ju Bao Xuan offers a traditional menu of exquisite Cantonese dishes, presented with a modern twist by their acclaimed culinary team. This renowned restaurant boasts signature dishes include Peking duck, abalone, and shark fins. The King prawn wok fried Pi Fong Tong styled dish was immaculate, and so was the amazing Lobster mapo tofu, cooked to perfection with loads of delicious lobster meat chunks, that goes well with steamed fluffy Vietnamese rice, the Double boiled chicken soup with abalone, scallops and bamboo piths filled the stomach with warmth, whilst the poached spinach with crab meat gravy added a nice accompaniment to all the seafood dishes. Dessert came in the form of a sweetened soya milk with peach resin and dried lily buds, very Cantonese! Kudos to the chef for doing a great job! InterContinental’s own marketing highlights curated “incredible dinner parties,” emphasizing customized menus, distinctive venues (ocean‑view terraces, gardens), and elevated service for private gatherings. Casino, Entertainment and Integrated Mix InterContinental Grand Ho Tram connects directly to the resort’s casino floor, which offers table games and electronic gaming primarily for both local Vietnamese and also foreign passport holders. Nightlife includes a Roxy club (on Friday and Saturday evenings), Fuel sports bar, and themed lounges, while family‑oriented entertainment extends to mini‑golf, game zones, cinema, kids club, and seasonal programming. This integration means guests can move seamlessly from rooms to gaming, golf, spa, beach, and F&B without leaving the property, making it an all‑in‑one destination for weekend breaks, incentives, and small to mid‑sized corporate offsites. The link with The Bluffs is a major differentiator, positioning the hotel strongly in the regional “golf & leisure” niche. Spa and Wellness At The Grand Spa's serene haven, one canindulge in life's small joys with a variety of holistic treatments designed to enliven your senses, enabling guests to fully relax. Their beachside treatment option offers a multi-sensory experience accompanied by the soothing sound of gentle waves, and their services include facial and body treatments, hot stone massages, hair styling, and manicures and pedicures. We had the lovely signature body massage and was truly uplifted and rejuvenated by the spa experience. Over at the Lotus Spa, we also had their signature body massage, and it just made every true reason to visit the Grand Ho Tram a delightful and memorable one! Lotus Spa presents a variety of services designed to refresh, relax, rejuvenate, or re-energize, offering unexpected surprises and delights and their ervices include facial and body treatments, hot stone therapy, manicures, pedicures and beach-side treatments. Meetings, Events and Conventions The property incorporates a state‑of‑the‑art convention center that can accommodate up to about 1,300 delegates, including a large ballroom and around five break‑out/ meeting rooms equipped for conferences, banquets, and product launches. Dedicated in‑house technical teams and catering support full event production, while the resort’s beach, golf, spa, and nightlife offerings are packaged as incentive and team‑building options. For corporate planners, InterContinental Grand Ho Tram’s value proposition combines drive‑to accessibility from Ho Chi Minh City, large‑scale indoor event space, and a broad mix of leisure experiences that can be tailored into multi‑day agendas. This positions it as one of southern Vietnam’s most capable integrated MICE resorts rather than just a standalone beachfront hotel. Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach is the vibrant, family‑oriented tower within The Grand Ho Tram integrated resort, combining beachfront resort living with access to extensive dining, entertainment, golf, and casino facilities, and the resort is branded under IHG’s Holiday Inn Resort flag and is positioned as a fun, contemporary, family‑friendly beach destination with a youthful look and feel compared with the more formal InterContinental tower. Guests staying here have full access to The Grand Ho Tram’s shared amenities, including casino, The Bluffs golf course, convention centre, multiple pools, restaurants, bars, retail, and entertainment venues. Rooms and Accommodation Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach offers 561 stylishly appointed rooms and suites, all within the Grand Ho Tram complex and many facing the sea. Rooms are designed with marine‑inspired decor and practical family touches, featuring soundproofing, pillow menus, mini‑fridge, free Wi‑Fi, flat‑screen TV, and options for connecting rooms and free infant beds. Suites and higher categories add separate sitting areas, larger floorplates, balconies or terraces, and upgraded amenities such as coffee machines and more generous bathrooms; two‑bedroom suites with ocean views target families and small groups. Across categories, the emphasis is on comfort and flexibility—catering to couples, families with children, and groups via multiple bed configurations and connecting-layout options. Facilities, Recreation and Entertainment Within the expansive Grand Ho Tram complex, guests have access to eight pools, a private beach, a spa, a fitness center with classes, children's activities, and mini-golf. The Holiday Inn tower itself offers family-friendly pool areas, children's amenities like kids' slippers and a playground, and direct walking access to the beach and resort promenades. Sharing the same integrated environment as the Intercontinental Grand Ho Tram, it allows multi-generational groups to enjoy diverse experiences without leaving the property. This creates a genuine "stay, play, relax" ecosystem, combining beach, golf, spa, family activities, and nightlife all in one place. Sea Salt, their all-day dining establishment, offers a diverse selection of international dishes. The venue's name highlights the significance of sea salt in local culinary traditions and its influence on the local way of life and industry. At Sea Salt, we tried a variety of dishes for lunch, comprising the Long Son Crab Meat soup with Century Egg and garnished with asparagus; a Wok fried Beef with onions, celery and served with steamed rice, and for dessert, an irresistible bowl of Lotus Seed and Vung Tau Longan Sweet Soup in light syrup. Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram caters to families, younger couples, and groups seeking a relaxed, value-focused beach holiday with large-resort amenities, rather than a purely luxury or business atmosphere. It is also suitable for MICE and incentive overflow or break-out accommodation during large events at The Grand Ho Tram's convention facilities, offering planners a more playful, resort-style option within the same complex. The resort's proposition is a beachfront, activity-rich tower where "kids stay and eat free" benefits, ample entertainment, and easy access to golf and the casino provide a vibrant, family-friendly Ho Tram experience under an international brand standard. Ixora Ho Tram by Fusion Ixora Ho Tram by Fusion is a new‑generation beachfront residences‑and‑villas resort within The Grand Ho Tram complex, combining condotel‑style accommodation, private pool villas, and full access to the integrated resort’s golf, entertainment, and dining ecosystem. Ixora is positioned as a stylish, nature‑led retreat that complements the InterContinental Grand Ho Tram and Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach, adding a more residential, villa‑driven product to the overall destination. It sits directly along Ho Tram Beach, just steps from The Bluffs golf course and the two IHG‑branded towers, effectively forming a quieter, design‑focused enclave plugged into the larger integrated resort. Accommodation: Residences and Villas Ixora comprises 164 condotel‑style residences and 46 luxury villas set in landscaped tropical grounds along approximately 5.6 hectares of beachfront land. Residences are offered in one‑ and two‑bedroom configurations from about 43 to 80 sqm, with categories such as Residence Balcony Garden View and Residence Ocean View featuring private balconies, walk‑in rain showers, and capacity for 4 pax. Villas range from 2‑bedroom Villa Garden Pool at 230 sqm to 3‑bedroom Duplex Villa Garden Pool and Beach Pool Villas of around 340 sqm, each with private pool, sunbeds, generous indoor‑outdoor living, and space for families or small groups. All units emphasize understated luxury with natural materials, large windows, and views to gardens, pools or the sea, designed to blur the line between interior comfort and the surrounding landscape. Facilities, Dining and Experiences On property, Ixora offers large outdoor pools, landscaped gardens, direct beach access, spa services, and a calm, resort‑style atmosphere that reviewers highlight as quiet and relaxing compared with busier city hotels. Dining at Ixora centers on venues such as Sea Salt and Beach Box, which blend Vietnamese flavors and local ingredients with international favorites in relaxed beachfront and garden settings. Sea Salt serves as the main restaurant, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner with both indoor and outdoor seating and views over gardens or pools, while Beach Box provides a more casual, ocean‑inspired grab‑and‑go and snack concept. Service follows the Fusion brand ethos of wellness‑oriented, laid‑back hospitality: personalized but unpretentious, with touches like spacious layouts, family‑friendly capacity (4 pax or typically 2 adults + 2 children per unit), and easy access to spa and leisure facilities. The large pools, landscaping, quiet environment and convenient shuttle and buggy services feature prominently as strong attributes of the Ixora brand. Ixora Ho Tram by Fusion is targeted at urban families, couples, and small groups seeking longer‑stay, apartment‑style or villa stays with kitchen‑adjacent layouts and more privacy than standard hotel rooms. It also serves as a higher‑end residential component within The Grand Ho Tram Strip, with sales to private owners and an associated rental pool model handled in partnership with Fusion and the developer. From the destination’s perspective, Ixora is described by project leadership as a “perfect piece” that elevates the overall luxury and attractiveness of The Grand Ho Tram. Bluffs Grand Ho Tram The Bluffs Grand Ho Tram is an 18‑hole, championship links‑style golf course on Vietnam’s Ho Tram coastline, designed by Greg Norman to showcase dramatic dunes, ocean views, and challenging coastal winds. We were totally amazed by the design structure of the golf course, and putting green, one fine morning, as we saw golfers starting their day on the Bluffs, a truly remarkable golf course. The Bluffs consistently ranks among Vietnam’s and the region’s top golf courses and has received accolades such as “Best Luxury Golf Destination in Southeast Asia,” reinforcing its premium positioning. Its target market spans international golf travelers, corporate and incentive groups, and high‑spending resort guests seeking a distinctive links challenge in combination with a luxury stay. Design Philosophy & Characteristics The Bluffs is a par‑71 layout that stretches around 6,855 yards (approximately 6,270 meters) from the back tees, with multiple tee options down to about 4,785 yards, making it playable for a wide range of handicaps. Routed over towering natural sand dunes on a coastal plateau with up to 50 meters of elevation change, it offers significant uphill and downhill shots, exposed ridgelines, and valley holes framed by native vegetation. The course has a combination of sandy loam soil, firm running fairways, and constant sea breezes that means the ground game and trajectory control are central to scoring. Wind direction and strength can change the way each hole plays from day to day, so club selection and shot shape vary dramatically even for repeat visitors. Greg Norman and his Florida‑based design firm conceived The Bluffs with a “least‑disturbance” approach, prioritizing the site’s existing dunes and contours rather than heavy earthmoving. The routing follows the natural rise and fall of the terrain, weaving through and around sand ridges shaped over thousands of years by wind and sea. Norman has publicly highlighted The Bluffs as one of his standout designs, emphasizing that the course “plays with the land” to deliver a raw, authentic links experience rather than a manicured resort layout. Visual drama comes from expansive sea views, cliff‑like tee positions, and green complexes that sit naturally in dune bowls or atop plateaus, rewarding precise approach play. Golf Amenities & Infinity Restaurant The Bluffs features a multi‑level clubhouse of roughly 2,300 square meters with restaurant, bar, locker rooms, and ocean‑view terraces catering to both golfers and resort guests. Practice facilities include a driving range and PGA‑standard golf academy with more than 3,000 square meters of training and warm‑up areas. The main restaurant located at The Bluffs Grand Ho Tram clubhouse is the Infinity Restaurant . It offers panoramic views of the golf course and coastline, serving a mix of Vietnamese and international cuisine, and we had a lovely evening meal there with their unique draft beer, the Estrella Damn. Carts and caddies are compulsory, reflecting the elevation changes and service‑led experience; caddies also help navigate wind, lines, and green reads. On‑site services typically include equipment rental, pro shop retail, and tailored “stay & play” packages in collaboration with The Grand Ho Tram’s hotels and casino. Accolades We would like to share our heartfelt appreciation to the entire team at Grand Ho Tram for indulging us with such a memorable stay and experience! This prize underscores UBS’s and ART SG’s commitment to nurturing and spotlighting new talent, benefiting individual artists and enriching the broader art ecosystem by fostering innovation and supporting the next generation of creative voices. At the UBS Art Studio on Level 1 of the fair, the UBS Art Collection will present Melati Suryodarmo’s I Love You (2007), an intense five-hour performance captured on single-channel video. Suryodarmo moves through a stark red room, carrying a large glass while repeating “I love you”. The red evokes love, desire, urgency, and danger, while the fragile yet heavy glass symbolizes emotional vulnerability and burden. Through repetition and physical strain, the work transforms a simple declaration into a ritual of longing, resilience, and endurance. The presentation of Suryodarmo’s work at ART SG reaffirms UBS’s long-standing commitment to supporting cultural initiatives worldwide and belief in the power of contemporary art to inspire dialogue, deepen understanding, and enrich lives. At the heart of this dedication is the UBS Art Collection, one of the world’s most significant corporate collections of contemporary art, with over 40,000 artworks by influential artists of our time. SAM ART SG FUND Building on its inaugural launch, the SAM ART SG Fund, a benefactor-led initiative supporting Singapore Art Museum’s (SAM) acquisitions of international contemporary art from a Southeast Asian perspective, returns for a second year. The Fund will allocate SGD 150,000 to acquire works by leading and emerging artists presented at ART SG 2026, reinforcing the fair’s role as a key platform for collecting and strengthening Singapore’s arts ecosystem. Made possible through the generous support of patrons Carmen Yixuan Li, Pure Yichun Chen, and other anonymous donors, with advisory guidance from ART SG Fair Director Shuyin Yang, the Fund enables SAM to acquire works of significance that resonate locally and internationally. Following acquisition, the artworks will be available for public viewing through SAM’s exhibitions and programming, supporting visual arts education and broadening public access to contemporary art. The inaugural 2025 Fund supported the acquisition of three key works: Kim Yun Shin, Add Two Add One Divide Two Divide One 2023–6 (2023), presented by Lehmann Maupin; Kapwani Kiwanga, Magma (2024), presented by Goodman Gallery; and Lêna Bùi, Breathing no.2 (2024), presented by Galerie Urs Meile. NEW CURATORIAL INITIATIVES AND EXPANDED PROGRAMMES In a pioneering cultural sponsorship, the TVS Initiative for Indian and South Asian Contemporary Art at ART SG will spotlight Indian and South Asian contemporary art and strengthen the fair’s dialogue with the region. Curatorially advised by Studio Public Memory and led by Srinivas Aditya Mopidevi, this initiative brings South Asia’s rich artistic perspectives and cultural narratives into focus, anchored by ‘South Asia Insights’ , a dedicated pavilion showcasing works from prominent galleries such as Vadehra Art Gallery (New Delhi); Sakshi Gallery (Mumbai); and LATITUDE 28 (New Delhi). Programming will include curator-led tours and dedicated initiatives designed to foster meaningful exchange among artists, collectors, curators, and cultural institutions across South Asia and beyond. As part of a new curatorial collaboration with Rockbund Art Museum (RAM), Shanghai, X Zhu-Nowell, Executive Director and Chief Curator of RAM, will serve as ART SG’s Film and Performance Art Curator , marking the introduction of a dedicated Performance Art sector at the fair. Singaporean artist John Clang (b.1973), presented by FOST Gallery (Singapore), will showcase a trio of works blending installation and performance: Reading by an Artist (2023—), Nine Chairs (2025—), and Table of Inquiry (2025—), delving into themes of astrology, ritual, and domesticity to create intimate encounters that inspire communal reflection and evolving dialogue. Rockbund Art Museum and ART SG will present Wan Hai Hotel: Singapore Strait (translated as “Circumnavigating the Sea”) in Singapore, the latest evolution of this innovative and first-of-its-kind exhibition model. Featuring an exceptional list of artists from Southeast Asia, Australasia, and Asia Pacific, whose works dwell on archipelagic thinking and maritime identity, this unique iteration will transform the lobby of The Warehouse Hotel, a restored heritage property on Robertson Quay, into an immersive exhibition space that combines institutional-level curation with a seamless hospitality experience. In this hybrid environment, visitors are drawn into a dynamic world where film and video programmes, site-specific interventions, installations, performances, and artist-led gatherings unfold. The presentation will feature works by Stephanie Comilang; Ho Tzu Nyen; Wantanee Siripattananuntakul; Ming Wong; Robert Zhao; Dawn Ng; Hoo Fan Chon, alongside performances by Joshua Serafin; John Clang; Bhenji Ra, and more. The Institutum , a non-profit dedicated to expanding Singaporean art through international collaborations, will present its inaugural partnership with Hampi Art Labs , a landmark residency program set in the UNESCO World Heritage site of Hampi, Karnataka, India. The collaboration highlights cross-cultural dialogue and ecological inquiry, showcasing works by Singaporean artist Robert Zhao and Indian artist Atul Bhalla developed through immersive research and artistic engagement within this extraordinary environment. Shuyin Yang, Fair Director, ART SG added: “We are thrilled to welcome both returning and new galleries to ART SG, which continues to grow as a dynamic platform for Singaporean and Southeast Asian art. The Club rooms and suites provide exclusive benefits, including access to the Club Lounge, enhancing the guest experience. Amara Singapore, the renowned 38-year-old hotel located in the heart of Tanjong Pagar, announces the completion of its extensive transformation. After an 11-month phased renovation, the hotel is thrilled to reveal its refreshed spaces and new guest experiences. In collaboration with Studio HBA, a division of Hirsch Bedner Associates, the comprehensive transformation includes a redesign of the hotel’s guest rooms, public areas, meeting spaces, ballrooms, and dining venues. Every element of the renovation has been carefully executed to enhance the guest experience, seamlessly combining modern aesthetics with traditional warmth. The new design draws inspiration from the vibrant culture of Tanjong Pagar, honoring the city’s rich heritage while embracing its contemporary cosmopolitan spirit. We enjoyed the expanse of the swimming pool area and also conducted a nice exercise regime at their modern gym. Rooms & Accommodation With sustainability as a priority, the room features motion sensor lighting, air conditioning, and filtered drinking water taps, all aligned with eco-friendly themes. The design exudes warmth and clean lines, focusing on comfort within a spacious area and equipped with modern bathroom facilities, including a refreshing rain shower. It offers a cozy modern retreat where all needs are met, providing a perfect escape to relax after a demanding week. We stayed in a lovely Deluxe Room at Amara Singapore with Club Access and the experiential stay provided nodes of relaxation, focus, re-purpose, heritage and rest, as we relaxed with wine, small bites and cocktails after our afternoon local tour exploration. The room amenities and Club access on the 17th floor of Amara Singapore (with daily reception and drinks) provided for an enjoyable stay in this lovely Tanjong Pagar precinct, as we partake our refreshing breakfast in a serene cityscape overlooking the city. “As a cornerstone of Singapore’s hospitality landscape for over three decades, Amara Singapore has earned a quiet reputation for its dedication to providing exceptional serviceand unforgettable experiences. The completion of our transformation underscores our commitment to evolving with the times while preserving the essence of that which hasmade us a cherished destination for both local and international guests. We look forward to introducing new experiences that cater to the modern business and leisure traveller, through a line-up of exciting partnerships that will connect our guests with the local community,”shares Dawn Teo, Chief Operation Officer of Amara Holdings. To enrich the guest experience at the hotel, Amara Singapore is introducing a collection of curated Singapore Heritage Experiences. At the hotel’s Cafe Oriental, which offers delicious local cuisine in a modern atmosphere, guests can enjoy the nuances of local “kopi” (coffee) and “teh” (tea) traditions while learning the art of traditional popiah making. Popiah, introduced to Singapore by Chinese immigrants in the early 20th century, features a filling made from a variety of julienned vegetables such as turnips, carrots, bean sprouts, and lettuce, along with diced eggs and prawns, all wrapped in a thin, paper-like crepe. For those interested in the area’s rich history, an exclusive walking tour, guided by professional guides who were once involved in the city’s gang culture, provides a fascinating insight into Singapore’s grittier past and the transformation of the vibrant district. We embarked on such a lovely tour arranged by Amara Singapore, termed the Jiak & Jalan (which literally means Eat & Walk) Walking Food Tour. Jiak & Jalan Walking Food Tour On this memorable food-centric food trial that takes us through the charming streets of Chinatown and Tanjong Pagar, the guided 3-hour food trial with expert Singapore-based tour guide, Alvin Chiong, brought us perspective and purpose as he took us through the paces where past and present meet, where heritage, stories, food and culture is interwoven with the intricacies of alleys, streets and special unique food spots and Singapore's awesome landmarks and secret thoroughfares. "The Jiak and Jalan Walking Food Tour A true Singapore-centric tour, Highly Recommended!" Rosette Media Panel Rating : 9/10 Amara Singapore is nested within the dynamic precinct of what we call the Singapore Chinatown environs; we made a series of pit-stops along our walking tour, including Tg Pagar Road, Maxwell Food Centre, Ann Siang Hill Park, Water Wells in Chinatown, Thian Hock Keng Temple, Upper Cross Street, Jamae (Chulia) Mosque, Sri Mariamman Temple, Chinatown Complex and Buddha Tooth Relic Temple before heading back to our starting point at Amara Singapore. Tour Highlight One of the many stories shared by Alvin, showcased Thian Hock Keng (Temple of Heavenly Happiness), Singapore's oldest Hokkien temple which began as a simple shrine in the 1820s for Fujian immigrants to thank the Sea Goddess Mazu for safe voyages, evolving into a grand structure built without nails between 1839-1842 by wealthy merchants like Tan Tock Seng and serving as a vital community hub, clan office, and national monument symbolizing Hokkien resilience and heritage in Singapore. Built by skilled artisans, featuring elaborate stone, wood, and tile work, with phoenix and dragon motifs, this temple was constructed with contributions, labor, and materials from different groups (Chinese craftsmen, Indian community) along with British/European influence, as opined by Alvin, thus reflecting a multicultural effort in the early 19th century, highlighting the significance of community bonding and unity, to blend into the harmonious and cultural ethos of the Uniquely Singapore DNA. Details like this, are well documented during the "Jiak and Jalan tour", and the presence of bats hanging upside down at distinct ceiling sections of the temple add to the mystique of the temple, as it directly correlates to the the main altar, with a large bronze incense burner in the middle of the temple and covered with lucky symbols like bats (bats are called "fu" in Chinese which sounds like "luck"). We captured amazing photo-worthy shots encapsulating the rich history of Singapore's past heritage along the unique landmarks and pit-stops, where Alvin shared the city landscape and park history, culture and clans, race and religion, unity and harmony, struggles and challenges of a glorious past as unique indicators of Singapore's nation-building heritage. Amazing heart-felt stories were shared as we toured past captivating murals, adorned by talent artists, to capture the fascinating tapestry of editorials and imagery of Singapore's fore-fathers, a rich historical perspective. Local Food Trail : Maxwell Food Centre We were showcased many delightful Singapore dishes from unique food stalls at both Maxwell Food Centre and Chinatown Complex, and had the opportunity to truly dine like a Singaporean local. We tried the "kueh pie tee" a popular Peranakan snack featuring a crispy, edible pastry cup filled with a savory mix of braised jicama (turnip) and prawns, often topped with egg, chili sauce, and fresh coriander, offering a delightful balance of textures and flavors and also sampled "popiah", a popular Southeast Asian fresh spring roll , originating from China's Fujian province, featuring a thin crepe wrapper filled with savory ingredients like braised jicama (turnip), carrots, eggs, lettuce, bean sprouts, and sometimes meat or shrimp, often topped with peanuts, fried shallots, sauce, and herbs, offering a mix of textures and flavors in a customizable, snackable format. We then sampled the "Fuzhou oyster cake", affectionately known as "UFO" due to its circular, domed shape; it is a traditional deep-fried fritter from the Fuzhou region of China and is characterized by a thin, crispy outer shell and a soft, savory filling typically consisting of fresh oysters, minced pork, prawns, and Chinese celery or coriander. Alvin then brought us an "Appam", a beloved South Indian and Sri Lankan fermented rice pancake in Singapore, renowned for its lacy, crispy edges and a soft, fluffy center. It is a popular breakfast or snack item, typically served with grated coconut and orange palm sugar (Gula Melaka) and we tried the one from Mr. Appam (prepared by a Vietnamese lady, a renowned name in the food industry, and her stall has numerous variants of the dish. Local Food Trail : Chinatown Complex When we arrived at Chinatown, Alvin sat us down in a quiet breezy corner with good attention to details, on ensuring we had seats, serviettes and wet tissue, to commence our hawker centre local food experience - indeed very thoughtful and professional! First order of the day here was a plate of "Hainanese Chicken Rice" - a world-renowned dish of poached chicken and seasoned rice, considered the national dish of Singapore with its origins from the immigrants from Hainan, China, who adapted their traditional "Wenchang chicken" recipe using local Southeast Asian ingredients. Next, we had "satay" (pronounced as sate )'; it's popular in Southeast Asia - a dish of seasoned, skewered, and grilled meat, traditionally cooked over a charcoal fire. It originated on the Indonesian island of Java, inspired by Middle Eastern kebabs introduced by traders. We tried the "Hokkien Mee" a special and popular Southeast Asian noodle dish, featuring yellow noodles and rice vermicelli stir-fried with prawns, squid, pork, and egg, heavily flavored by a rich prawn and pork broth, often served with sambal chili and a calamansi lime for a tangy kick. It's a classic hawker food, originating from Hokkien immigrants in China, known for its savory, smoky wok hei (breath of the wok) bursting with powerful flavors, enhanced by crispy pork lard and aromatic ingredients - the stall that Alvin ordered from, was truly wonderful! Our last dish was the "Braised duck meat', a tender, flavorful dish prepared by slow-cooking duck in a seasoned liquid, often featuring soy sauce, spices, and aromatics. Popular across various cuisines, it is most notably a staple in Teochew and Hokkien cooking, where it is known as Lor Ark; I love the way that the meat was being prepared, so tender and tasty! Alvin brought us a bowl of Chengdol - a traditional Southeast Asian iced dessert that is celebrated for its refreshing qualities in tropical climates and is comprised of green jelly strands that are made from rice flour or mung bean starch and flavored/colored with green pandan leaf juice, coconut milk, palm sugar (Gula Melaka) and shaved Ice - simply heavenly! For drinks, Alvin gave us the flexibility to order what we liked, so we ordered a nice refreshing Teh-O with Ice (basically black tea with sugar, nice and refreshing on a hot day), along with Sugarcane juice (another refreshing cold drink). All participants on the tour will typically get to sample at least 6 iconic local dishes and your choice of local beverage, and for larger tour groups, they get to try more options. Alvin is truly an experienced tour-guide and is himself a celebrity, with a powerful knowledge of the local street terrain, a plethora of Chinese, Malay and Indian cultural highlights and was able to draw from his rich past and experience (with extensive research) to explain and to share authentic stories; the rationale and character of the places and food that we visited and tasted, with a deep sense and knowledge of the Singapore local food culture. - Insects: Microsculptures Magnified
Discover the concealed beauty of insects, transformed into mesmerizing art that reveals intricate details, complex forms, and surprising worlds up close. Curated by the ArtScience Museum in partnership with the American Museum of Natural History and enhanced by research from Singapore, Insects: Microsculptures Magnified merges global perspectives with local discoveries. The exhibition showcases 37 large-scale, high-magnification portraits of insects from the Oxford University Museum of Natural History, captured by the award-winning British photographer Levon Biss. It also highlights the rich diversity of insect life in Singapore, emphasizing how scientists in the country's forests and labs are making significant discoveries that propel fields from ecology and conservation to biomimetic engineering. With contributions from the Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum, Nanyang Technological University, A*STAR, and Singapore Geographic, the exhibition demonstrates how research conducted here is influencing global understandings of insect diversity and inspiring new scientific and technological applications. "Insects: Microsculptures Magnified is the ArtScience Museum's first exhibition on insects. It encourages audiences to view these often-overlooked creatures as complex, beautifully structured, and essential to life on Earth. Created in collaboration with the American Museum of Natural History and enriched by scientific research from Singapore institutions, including Nanyang Technological University, the National University of Singapore, and A*STAR, the exhibition brings global perspectives into dialogue with local discovery. It shows how in Singapore's forests and laboratories, scientists are making discoveries that seem almost incredible—beetles that clean ecosystems, cicadas inspiring futuristic materials, and bugs never before seen by science. The exhibition directly engages Singapore's active nature and wildlife photography communities, inviting them to explore the insect world more closely," said Honor Harger, Vice President of ArtScience Museum at Marina Bay Sands. At the core of Insects: Microsculptures Magnified are the extraordinary large-scale photographs by Levon Biss, considered one of the leading macro photographers of his generation. Known for his detailed images of insects, seeds, fruits, and botanical forms, Biss unveils the hidden architecture of nature in stunning detail. By enlarging insect life to monumental scale, he encourages a renewed focus on the intricacy of natural systems often overlooked. His innovative photographic technique captures what entomologists call an insect's "microsculpture"—from iridescent armor, velvet-like textures, and saw-toothed mandibles, to the finely pigmented scales that define the astonishing diversity of the insect world. First presented at the Oxford University Museum of Natural History in 2016, the ArtScience Museum has expanded the original exhibition to include specimens from local institutions, such as the Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum's Zoological Reference Collection, Nanyang Technological University's Asian School of the Environment's Tropical Ecology and Entomology Lab, and Blackcrow Taxidermy & Art. Visitors can view a variety of these insects up close and examine specimen samples through microscopes. Insects: Microsculptures Magnified also highlights exciting new research from Singapore's scientific community, showing how insect discoveries here are influencing fields from ecology to engineering. Scientists from Nanyang Technological University's Tropical Ecology and Entomology Lab are pioneering fieldwork on native dung beetles, revealing the hidden diversity and ecological roles of these insects and building foundational knowledge for conservation in tropical urban landscapes. Meanwhile, researchers at the A*STAR Institute of Bioengineering and Bioimaging are translating the remarkable nanoscale textures of cicada wings into advanced self-cleaning, antimicrobial surfaces, demonstrating how nature's designs can inspire next-generation materials. The exhibition also showcases the discovery of a new species of plant bug, Campylomma singapura, documented by researchers at the National University of Singapore, offering visitors the opportunity to see and learn about a previously unknown species. Running until 19 April 2026, Insects: Microsculptures Magnified invites visitors to look closer, uncovering the hidden lives of insects and their crucial role in sustaining Singapore's ecosystems and biodiversity. Tickets to Insects: Microsculptures Magnified are now available for purchase at all Marina Bay Sands box offices and online. - Vivo X300 Pro Review
The new Vivo X300 Pro flagship has just been launched and this model is shaping up nicely in the race to be one of the best Android phones in the market. A demo set with full photography kit was delivered to us to test out the features and functionalities. Unboxing: The phone and photography kit came bundled in a sleek single box set. Box contents of Phone: Phone 90W Flashcharge Super Fast Wall Charger with charging cable (This was a huge plus as many competitor phones do not come bundled with wall chargers anymore to save costs) Box contents of Photography Kit: Imaging Grip : A detachable grip with a two-stage shutter button, zoom rocker, exposure dial, and record button for physical control, plus a kickstand and its own battery for power. Phone Case to attach the Telephoto Extender Zeiss Telephoto Extender : A teleconverter lens that magnetically attaches (via the case), offering significant optical zoom (e.g., 200mm, 400mm, 800mm) for distant subjects. Lens Mount to attach the Telephoto Extender 65mm Filter Ring Phone Strap First Impressions: The phone is powered by a super fast MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor with 8 CPU Core Counts and a 3 nm process node with CPU clock speed 1 x 4.21 Ghz + 3 x 3.5 Ghz + 4 x 2.7 Ghz. There is 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage with another 16 GB in expandable RAM capacity. The MediaTek processor performs well, if not better in some benchmarks like CPU and web browsing compared to its main rival, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 used in some other competitor flagship phones. Battery capacity is rated at 6,510 mAh (3.77V) which is around 30% higher than most other flagship Androids like the Samsung S25 Ultra and iPhone 17 Pro Max. This next-gen silicon carbon BlueVolt battery uses a 4th Gen silicon anode semi-solid state technology to pack higher battery capacity into the same battery size, allowing the phone to remain its slim and compact form factor. It supports 90W Super Fast FlashCharge and 40W Wireless Charging. Upon holding the phone, it feels slim and light at 226g. Its dimensions are 161.98 x 75.48 x 7.99mm. The 6.78 inch AMOLED display supports a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, display resolution 2800x1260 and 4,500 nit peak display brightness with 452 PPI pixel density. The colours on the display were bright, sharp and vivid. The phone has IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance rating. It is encased in a unibody 3D glass design with ultra slim bezel around the display. The display is protected by Vivo's proprietary Diamond Armour Glass which is touted to be 110% stronger than conventional glass. The phone was not factory fitted with a screen protector so we decided to leave it unprotected to test the resilience of the glass display. The camera array system is arranged in a circular round glass system compared to the box casement design seen in other brands., Software: The OS is powered by the international version of OriginOS 6, which is a huge improvement in the UI compared to the previous Funtouch OS that typically powered other older Vivo models. Out of the box, it has the latest Android version Android 16. The phone claims to be a Future-Proof Device - up to 5 years OS upgrades and 7 years of Security Maintenance, giving you a long term investment with a 2 year warranty and piece of mind. Imaging: We fixed the pro photography phone case and attached the 200MP Zeiss Telephoto Extender lens and brought it to the recent Air Supply concert in Singaoore to test out the imaging capabilities. It comes with these cameras: 200MP Zeiss APO Telephoto Camera 50MP Zeiss Gimbal-Grade Main Camera 50MP Zeiss Ultra Wide-Angle Camera 50MP Zeiss Wide-Angle Front Camera We used a combination of Normal Mode, Night Mode, Concert Stage Mode, multiple zoom angles and the 200MP Telephoto lens to shoot these stunning jaw-breaking photos. The results were amazing and these pictures make the X300 Pro one of the best camera phones in the market, if not the best. The only other phone that comes close is probably the Oppo Find X9 Pro with its Hasselblad camera and similar Mediatek Dimensity 9500 chip. Battery Life: With its acclaimed 6,510mAh battery compared to other similar phones (Google Pixel 10 Pro XL 5,200mAh, Xiaomi 15 Ultra 5,410mAh, Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 5,000 mAh, Honor Magic7 Pro 5,850mAh), the X300 Pro went from 100% to only 79% in a single day with moderate texting, phone calls, emails and web browsing. It lasted almost 3 days with the same activities on a single charge. Wow! We probably don't need to bring heavy powerbanks with us when we are out or travelling. Charging is also super fast with its 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charing. It took about 26 minutes from 0 to 60% and 0-100% in around 71 minutes. Summary: A very solid premium build phone with amazing battery life, buttery smooth user interface and performance. Without any screen protector, the screen remained flawless without any scratches or scuffs even after days of prolonged use. The Diamond Armour Glass proves its credibility and credentials with a rock solid material screen and resilience. The rear glass of the phone also remained in pristine condition without using the phone cover most of the time except when mounting the grip kit and telephoto extender lens. The Zeiss camera system and Telephoto Extender lens with a Grip Handle that simulates the user experience of a normal point-and-shoot traditional non-phone camera makes this one of the best camera phones out in the market today. - Blancpain • Villeret Golden Hour
Blancpain Introduces its Villeret Collection Update with 3 Iconic Models Featuring three reimagined iconic models and their variations, with dials in stunning new autumnal hues, delicately refined aesthetic elements, and exquisitely hand-finished manufacture movements, the Villeret collection reaffirms its dual heritage: mechanical excellence and the purity of design that embodies Blancpain’s style. This autumn, the Villeret collection transforms through a series of subtle details. From golden brown sunburst dials to opaline dials enhanced with golden accents, and from shades of beige or blue-grey to interchangeable straps that adapt to the occasion: evolution is reflected in both color and material. The Blancpain Villeret 2025 Golden Hour Series collection revitalizes enduring watchmaking traditions with evocative fall-inspired tones and precise engineering. It debuts 16 editions spanning three foundational models, harmonizing classic elegance with discreet contemporary enhancements. “This timepiece was more than a tribute to horological tradition” recalls Marc A. Hayek, President and CEO of Blancpain. “It opened new perspectives and reignited interest in mechanical watchmaking.” Principal Models Iconic configurations define the lineup: the 40mm Villeret Ultraplate featuring hours, minutes, and date; the 40mm full calendar with moonphase; and the petite 33.2mm moonphase date. Offered in stainless steel or 18k rose gold, they suit seamless transitions from casual to couture contexts. Dial Mastery Dials present dual textures—subtle opaline grain for fluid luminosity or vibrant golden-brown sunray capturing dusk's glow. Sharpened 18k gold Roman numerals boast matte upper faces and gleaming facets, substituting the classic XII with Blancpain's JB emblem, alongside tapered hands with luminous fills for superior readability. Caliber Prowess Proprietary self-winding movements underscore technical brilliance: Calibre 1151 (100-hour autonomy, dual mainsprings) powers the Ultraplate; 6654.4 (72-hour reserve, 28,800 vph) drives the complete calendar; and 913QL.P animates the compact piece. Exposed golden rotors display Côtes de Genève waves, chamfering, and mirror-polished edges via transparent casebacks. Stylistic Advances Refined details elevate wearability: narrowed bezels, sculpted case flanks, amplified subdial views, and concealed lateral correctors for intuitive setting. Effortless strap swaps in tonal leathers (ivory, amber, espresso, slate-blue) secured by butterfly clasps promise comfort and graceful aging. Timeless Distinction Grounded in Blancpain's 1735 origins, this series marries symmetric poise with elite finishing standards and a five-year assurance. Discreet glow amid lavish gold and satin surfaces marks it as a refined progression of the Villeret archetype, championing lasting artistry above excess. Purchase Motivations Acquire the Blancpain Villeret 2025 Golden Hour Series for its exceptional blend of timeless dress-watch sophistication and innovative details, offering lasting value via proprietary calibers, extended warranty, and strong secondary market retention. Experts commend its nuanced evolutions—such as inviting dials, robust movements, and user-focused adjustments—for achieving pinnacle elegance without unnecessary flair. Engineering Excellence: Custom automatics like the 100-hour Calibre 1151 or 72-hour 6654.4, featuring decorated rotors, anti-magnetic silicon components, and intuitive calendar mechanisms, deliver top-tier performance and artisanal polish unmatched in its class. Visual Refinement: Textured opaline or sunset-hued dials accented by faceted 18k Roman markers, signature JB motif, and subtle lume enable adaptable style from routine to refined, enhanced by straps that age gracefully. Everyday Sophistication: Ultrathin profiles (8.7-10.6mm thick), interchangeable leathers in varied shades, discreet correctors, and solid water resistance guarantee convenience and all-day poise. Tiering proposition Positioned in the Swatch Group's elite "Holy Trinity" (with Breguet and Jaquet Droz), Blancpain occupies the premium luxury echelon. This collection competes directly with Vacheron Constantin's Patrimony line, Patek Philippe's Calatrava variants, and A. Lange & Söhne's Saxonia series in terms of polished complications and storied prestige, at approachable entry points. https://www.blancpain.com/en/collections/villeret-collection
